Delhi Nights - Sweets and Indian Cuisine

Today was my cheat day and i have ordered heap loads of food from this restaurant just to taste the worst food i had in a while. The biryani’s just didn’t have any taste and it’s just of time waste talking about idli and sambar. Thanks for the not amazing experience mate!

No doubt food is amazing the reason why I’m giving only 3 stars due to lack of care I was calling them continuously to get know about my food but they didn’t pick up my call I think they should pay more attention towards it

Just amazing! Had ordered food for 16 people, the mix veg was pleasantly superb and so was the butter chicken. The quantity was appreciable. All fresh and tasty! We all enjoyed the food.

I'm honestly shocked with any 5 star reviews this restaurant got. We ordered 10 different starters and 4 biryanis through menulog yesterday and this restaurant can win one of the worst restaurants in Melbourne award.

The biryani has nice aroma but absolutely 0 taste, the starters (chicken/sheek kabab etc) are just not even close to anything they're supposed to be.

The only item I loved is Coke - thank God I ordered this. Won't recommend this at all. What a waste.

I ordered a veg thali and 2 extra naan for take away in the afternoon. I was on my break from the job for 1 hour i camed from manor lakes to pick my order when i got there and asked for my order, firstly the staff i encountered with she told me to wait for 5 mins after 10 mins i again went inside and there was another staff and she also said to wait for another 5 mins but anyhow i got my order after waiting for ages.and got back on my job and saw my order there were no rice, no naan just two curries that to be different from what i ordered, it was most pathetic experience i ever had in my life from the indian restaurant. Once i ordered for a dinner (one curry and 4 tava rotis) i was shocked to see the tava rotis that was just a dough not at all properly cooked. My only opinion for you os that kindly change your staff to get better reviews in future.

Customer service is ultra level. They are very strict at following rules and regulations thats realy good and beautiful smile on all girls

If you are craving for Jalebi, Gulam Jamun, or Gujiya, or for something like desi aloo chaat, papri chaat or Samosa Chat - this is the place to be. Enjoy Indian snacks, Street food and sweet dishes.

Staff is totally unprofessional. They are the good in one thing "LYING"
They said 35 minutes on phone but person went there to pick the order they kept saying another 10 minutes for 3 times.
They are to trying make this is as a ritual
Say less time on phone and when person goes there they make the person waits.

We had takeaway dinner on Diwali night for family function.everyone loved the food. Very single guest asked where I got the food from. Naan breads was soo soft and yummy. Definitely coming back and highly recommended. 5 stars

The Best for Sweets. No one can beat their Jalebis. Food is Average only. Once ordered 2 KG Paneer Pakoras for home visitors and pakoras were not fresh.

Food is alright however place is not that clean like my son was about to slip on the floor because of oily floor.

Best place for fresh Indian sweets. Try their milkcake and chum chum. Boondi wale laddu are always fresh.

The best indian restaurant in western suburbs. Everything is good - price, service, food. Are you guys member of goodfoodrestaurant.com.au? If not, can you become their member so it's easy n convenient for me and my friends to buy food from you more often?

The whole food experience was horriable the bread as soft and burnt and not what I ordered. I ordered cheese nan I received a burnt soggy yuck bread, Never again.

Been there to buy sweets.the lady didn't responded nicely even she had deal with me many times. Instead to serve me she was busy to talk with the back of the kitchen staff.

Just for couple of orders waited for almost 25 mins and it was at the time of covid their was no one in the restaurant, still waited

If had read all reviews. I wouldn’t dare to order. This place has a big issue and the owner seems to have no problem with it. My story is here I ordered over the phone and was told I could pick up my food in 25-30 minutes. I got there in 45 minutes and than I was asked to wait another 5 minutes because they haven’t prepared the whole order. I waited another 15 minutes, but still got told I’ll check if it’s done. Are you guys serious? If the person on counter could not get the order properly why wouldn’t someone els give a call back to confirm. Doesn’t matter how much is said on review this place won’t change. It’s all up to you if you want to go this place again. I won’t for sure.

This Restaurant needs a decent clean.

The Floor is very greasy and slippery. I have been buying food here for around 8 months and i have never seen a clean floor.

The glass cabinets with food in them should be sparkling clean, but marks all over them.

Behind the counter is unclean as well, and needs a thorough clean.

I know this place is very busy but there is no excuse for cleanliness.

I would hate to see what the kitchen looks like.
