5This place should shut down. I thought of buying two items and checked the date on them, both of them were expired. I made aware of the situation to a young bloke over there and he replied ‘yes’ as an acknowledgement and went back to his counter. No apology made nor the item was taken away from the shelf.
Staff was very rude infact when i asked him about some product and he cane to show me and while e were going there he was singing
Pathetic
Staff has no sense of customer service, rude and make you feel unwelcome.
Happened many times.stock was expired, once bought the yogurt and noticed it after opening.
Luckily today checked the dates before buying Aata best before date was a week ago. This thing Very bad, selling expired stuff.
The young guy very unwelcoming, unprofessional, please train him how to behave with customers.
0 star service not even 1 star. All stock expired. Young guy very rude.
Reply- It’s not that you keep the prices low and sell the stock which has passed best before dates or expired or just about to expire in 2 days. I know you guys opened few months ago and we do come often to buy stuff but it’s been 3 times that we Bought the stuff and found after opening that it was expired (we know my fault) now been in the habit of checking dates and yesterday again pilsbury atta was pass it’s best before date. I mean there is nothing personally against you. Take it as a feedback.
Hope to not find this again when we visit your store.
