Very friendly staff. Turned up when the shop opened enquiring about their availability and they squeezed me and my mother in straight away. Great attention to detail in all aspects. Very happy with our treatments. Painless waxing. Beautiful manicures and pedicures.

My mum and I went into today and had an amazing experience! The ladies doing are nails took great care and were extremely professional. Lovely to talk to and helped us get the best results. There’s no better place to get your nails done in my books!

I loved coming here for years, my nails were always great. It’s sad to hear though that when my boyfriend went he was not treated fairly or with equality, he was pushed aside for female customers, rushed through without even letting him use a UV lamp for drying his nails. He left unsatisfied with uneven nail polish, the second coat didn’t even reach the edges and was bumpy. He went back to ask to have them redone or a refund and he was laughed at in front of other customers, told “this is what happens when you don’t let them dry”. Again he was not given the proper tools to let them dry. He left with no new nails or refund, just humiliation. It’s sad to see this is probably because he is a man, not treated as an equal paying customer. Not coming back.

I didn't catch her name, but the manicurist who took care of me had a small cat tattoo on her wrist. Really lovely and gentle. Just relaxing and excellent attention to detail. Thankyou, I will see you again soon!

I recently tried Delax for the first time, and I was very impressed. They give extra attention and detail to their service, and my nails came out looking amazing.
The place is also very clean, and has quite good equipment.
Highly recommend.

Would not recommend getting lash extensions done here. The ladies are very sweet but my eyes are still stinging after getting them done almost a week later. I think the lady glued the lashes on wrongly because it hurt every time I blinked so much that I had to rip some of my lashes out, which I have ever done before!

Quite disappointed with their customer service. I went there based on the good reviews. My SNS started cracking 3 days after it was done, like big bad cracks. I went back to show the owner and the owner told me I'll redo it for you. No mention of having to repay. After I was done I was asked to repay 45 dollars. That was after I paid 55 only few days ago. Then after I objected, she said ok just pay 25. Why wasn't that communicated to me before is beyond me. I was told my SNS would last 2 weeks. There's something wrong with their products. I can see other people reviewing this nail salon have a similar complaint. Not going back.

I really enjoy coming to this salon. The place is always clean and welcoming. The ladies are super friendly and their English is very good! The prices are comparable to other salons and they have a wide selection of colours. I find my services never last past the 2-2.5 week mark; either my acrylics start lifting or the tips start cracking. I’m not sure if it’s their products or the glue, but I always find myself needing to go every 2-2.5 weeks, whereas at other salons I can usually push it to 3-3.5 weeks for refills. I love that they take appointments only on Sundays because it’s usually means it’s just you and the nail tech there. I will continue to come back until I find a better salon in the area. Ample parking around the back. The ladies are so sweet, they even allowed me to transfer them money when my card wouldn’t work in store.

Great nail salon, clean and well presented. The girls do a fantastic job, very friendly, and their attention to detail is superb. I had a pedicure and manicure with SNS. I am so pleased I found this place, been back already and the second time was just as good:) will be back as soon as soon as I can!

I been going here since they opened. The best service, the kindest most polite staff, super clean and nice salon and my nails are always flawless every time. All the staff are always happy and smiling. My favourite spot!

Love it here! Nails are always done perfectly in a lovely clean salon. Massages are so relaxing, and I especially love being able to book online or walk in.

Well done, they do great work there. The nail products they use stay on your nails. They have heaps of regular clients, a good indication of a good salon.
