Best ‘true’ Italian on the peninsula. Exceptional service, menu will not disappoint and quality matching wine list.

A great local find. Food is delicious and the aromas fill the restaurant. In our visit only two secondi options Duck & fish which was a bit limiting. The restaurant is incredibly noisy, you can barely hear yourself talk which I’m not a huge fan of. Would have stayed longer and spent more if ambience was more enjoyable. Tables with wall seating could use more back support. Overall enjoyable experience.

Hopefully it was just a bad night but food was under-seasoned and over priced. Menu quite small. Service was ok considering how busy it was. Decent wine menu.

Get out of here asap. When I said the food wasn’t good they tried to hit me! Had to get the cops involved, don’t go here if you wanna live! The waiters got everything wrong and tried to take off my clothes! This Beauvoir is beyond ridiculous!

Saw some guy complain to the chef and the kitchen started chasing him! Thank god he called the police, he could’ve seriously gotten injured! Maybe even died! This was all after they tried to take off his clothes because they got his order wrong. This Beauvoir is beyond ridiculous!

Excellent italian restaurant with great service, interesting menu, very good wine list, scrumptious sweets and a prime position for people watching and admiring the bay views.definitely in my top 5 for mornington peninsula dining!

We had a wonderful meal here the other night with friends. Delicious food and the complementary fresh bread was a nice touch.

Not the biggest menu but every item was well presented and had wonderful flavours. Highly recommended.

Best Italian restaurant in Rye (and possibly surrounding suburbs). Attentive service and good food. Highly recommended. Book reservation ahead to avoid disappointment as this is place is very popular.

Genuine Italian food, my wife and tried a few of the entrees and the gnocchi, we like to share different plates to experience the and taste. A nice menu with great service.

Food wasn't overly complicated yet had amazing attention to detail The only way to describe it Divine.service was excellent felt very looked after without it becoming and imposition.

The service was like a well oiled machine. Drinks topped up regularly, table cleared promptly after finishing each course.
Food was excellent value and we thoroughly enjoyed everything we ate.
Serving sizes were perfect.
Vegetarian options were fantastic.
Walked away so content.

Beautiful food and the inside of the restaurant is lovely. The courtyard was adequate, but not as nice. Excellent service. Would have been nicer if the music played matched the food and the ambiance. Would have preferred to have been listening to Italian or classical music. The serving sizes of the mains were a little small.

Delicious, authentic Italian food. The restaurant was buzzing and it’s always a good sign when you are served beautiful crunchy bread & quality, fruity olive oil with your meal. I would highly recommend

Dinner last night was so amazing. Restaurant was bustling but still cosy and intimate. Food was spectacular. Traditional Italian fare prepared and presented beautifully by attentive staff. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks for a lovely evening Del Posto.

Fine dining in downtown Rye. One of, if not the best in town. $$$ but worth it. Good selection of local and Italian wines.

Superb service, excellent Italian food using local ingredients, good wine list, and a refreshingly short menu. Just wonderful!

Meal, wine and service were amazing. Serves were a decent size. Would have loved dessert but couldn't finish my main after appetisers. Will definitely return again.
