Wow, what can I say other than I was blown away with the customer service from Ashleigh and Daniel! I was in a major pickle as another dealer incorrectly made a plaque for me and I desperately needed a large plaque made by the following day. I went into the shop on Monday 16/9/19 with what I needed done and requested it to be made by Tuesday the following day. They designed the plaque in front of me with the pictures I needed and yesterday afternoon I was called up to say it was ready! These sorts of items take at least 2 to 3 weeks to make but they really understood the urgent need for the plaque and it was ready for me the following day!
Ashleigh was such a great help on the phone and also when i went into the shop.she showed me different plaques and designs and then Daniel got straight onto the computer and started showing me how the plaque would look!
I honestly have to thank you all for the help and understanding the urgency of creating the plaque in 1 day! Rick was nearly in tears seeing how amazing it came out and how prompt the service was!

While all displays looked awesome, not happy with end product. Huge scratches, only to be told all wood trophies have scratches. For the price paid very unacceptable and unprofessional. Won't be back again
