Twice I have been here in the last few weeks requested icecream with chocolate topping I don't think she understood what I was saying first she said yes then no. But she served another customer with an ice-cream milkshake. Not good service I think she couldn't be bothered

I waited 30 mins for a take away toastie and had to throw it out as my break had ended there’s 4 other people in the cafe eating or ordered before me and got there food before me. Ridiculous

My friend and I came here to catch up over brunch. I tried the eggs benny with slow pulled beef and I loooved it! The poached eggs were cooked to perfection, the beef was so tender, and the hollandaise tasted lovely. The mocha I ordered was not bad too. My friend ordered the French toast with ice-cream and bacon (from the specials menu) and said it tasted super delicious! The food here is slightly pricey, but for its high quality and large portion sizes I can’t complain.

I have had breakfast here on sundays several times now and given the benefit of it being new. Have tried to get crispy fried bacon and soft poached eggs several times but just comes cold and not right. Today I asked for a bit more smashed avo as last time it was applied like Vegemite well it came as two layers of Vegemite today and for an extra $5.00 now that’s outrageous l have also tried the beetroot humus advertised on the poster but it came without the lemon I have given this place a lot of chances but there has been no improvement to create a good breakfast so after several weeks of being patient now we will go back to groovetrain

Had a really delicious berry muffin with coffee on Sunday morning 24/4/23. Shout out to the tall young waiter (cool mullet hair) who served us. So friendly and did a great job.

My partner and I had breakfast there this morning unfortunately had to come straight home feeling unwell. Vomiting!
The only thing we had eaten or drank was from this establishment. Food poisoning is not cool clean your restaurant up that’s disgusting

Service was very cold and evasive. Overpriced, pile high bowl of chips for $10.90 was a bowl of thin chips not even to the rim. Charged for a lge drink when ordered a small. Pick up your game Degani Forest Hill.

Great food and excellent customer service. Will definitely recommend to everyone. Must visit place and definitely comings back.

I regularly go to Degani Forest Hill. I find the coffee great, the food portions very generous compared to other cafes in the Centre and the staff are absolutely lovely.
The cafe is conveniently situated away from all the noise of the food court near Woolworths.
Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Went in at 10: 30 Sunday morning. 3 staff on floor and 1 in the kitchen. Tables dirty or uncleared. Condiments on chairs.
Sat down at a dirty table because NOT ONE was clean. Overheard another table being told they aren’t taking food orders because there’s a long wait. No explanation or apology. Cafe not taking food orders on a Sunday morning? ! Very poor.

My soy cappuccino was watery compared to ones at other coffee shops. Usually, Bonsoy milk gives nice creamy texture but mine didn't have that.

Had a really great experience, customer service was amazing. Food and coffee tastes delicious. Will visit again for sure.

I am sorry, but things need to change here quickly before customers do not return. I have been twice to this new cafe and disappointed both times.
Staff are fantastic, but the wait to order and the ipad are system slow.it's ridiculous. I have had to get up both time to catch someone's attention to order after waiting for quite awhile. When they come to take your order you have to repeat yourself many times. I really don't know why we can't just go to the counter to order with someone who knows what they are doing.
Even if we could scan and order from the table would be easier.
It is so disorganised, I shake my head. I have been in the catering business for years and this is a disaster waiting to happen.
Food was ok, coffee too strong (I love coffee) Overpriced for what I got.
I will think seriously about returning in the future. Other good cafes in the centre, so maybe back too them.

Considering the price food was not what I expected. I understand the regular patrons are from a overwhelmingly elderly white locals but the staff need to be ready to serve a wider demography. Overall very average experience both with food & service.

Had breakfast here. Food was great, nice and tasty. My waiter was a boy with a mullet, he made sure I felt valued. He apologised for the wait but we reassured him that it was a small wait for our drinks and our food. Recommend this place to have breakfast, you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing food and great service. We ordered Chicken and Avo Pasta, Taco Mania and Biscoff Waffles. All of the items were finger licking good. Can't recommend it enough!

Young waiter made such an effort to help however the barrister was rude, slow and unhelpful when asks about ingredients (due to health condition). Much better places to go to than here

I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but this one needed to be written. Stopped in here between meetings at around lunch time. I ordered a fairly basic lunch (almond latte and eggs/ avo on toast). After the 3rd incorrect coffee order was bought to my table I ended up just accepting it as I was sick of waiting. Another half hour passed, and my meal had still not arrived. I mentioned this to the wait staff as I was running out of time, and they clearly could not have cared less. I ended up leaving having being served a mediocre coffee and paying for a meal that never arrived. So many better options in this shopping complex. Do not waste your money here.
