Never coming back, $8.50 for a dirty iced chai? They don’t even charge that in the city. Looks like they are not planning to do business for the long time.

Taste is fine but ridiculous prices for a drive through coffee joint out in the suburbs.

Good coffee for a small stall. Food was okay. Drive through took a bit of time but not too annoying slow.

Easy on the chocolate! Brilliant service, great coffee and owners who love their customers.

I regularly get my coffee and croissant here and it is always fantastic, I have changed work location so I havnt been for a week but this morning I went through on my way to Apollo Bay the same girl that always makes my coffee was not as friendly as usual my croissant was not crispy as usual and tasted like yesterdays delivery and my oat milk white chocolate mocha just tasted like oatmilk. There were no big lines so being busy wasn't the reason. She didn't approach the window to serve me me so im not sure if she heard me clearly when I ordered, in saying that she usually always tells me my order very disappointed as I was very excited to have the amazing coffee im used to.

Came for the coffee at 1.40pm and they are shut: This is the 2nd time for the past 2 weeks. Better you change your business hours. It’s frustrating.

I used to be a regular till they changed the Coffe beans, new Coffe always tastes burnet.
The owners are nice people and always smiling.
Iv informed them about the change of taste but they did not do much so iv changed Coffe places.

Place always seems a fair bit busy on weekdays. Customer service is okay however the main issue is there coffee. The $5 medium coffee tastes of burnt coffee beans with milk and slight sour aftertaste. Not the most appetizing morning coffee.

This place has many loyal customers and it’s very easy to figure out why; the owners are so insanely friendly. It’s my favourite coffee. This place got me through lockdown with a newborn and a young toddler - a smile and a coffee; a little time carved out just for me in the day. Thank you Bakes and Beans! X

Easy to grab a coffee and other confectionery, good coffee ️ made by barista and costs much $$$.

Food tastes like they actually care about the quality of the food. Coffee is consistently good. Staff are so friendly. Have visited many times and each time it's a positive experience, they remembered us after the first visit. They are really sweet and always had a treat for our dog.

I just ordered a coffee from here for my family and I and it genuinely made our day! Definitely lifted my mood. Thank you so much!

Everytime I go, since the beginning when they opened.they have been the kindest, most efficient people I've seen at a drive thru coffee stop. In the past, that place was run by grumpy and unhelpful staff and their coffee was always burnt.
Degani, kealba now makes brilliant coffee and always strives to serve in a timely and pleasant manner. I'm very happy with them. Please stay for good!:)

Didn't have any of the orders I wanted, didn't have any of the bread i wanted my order on because as they said "we used it all to PREMAKE the chicken schnitzels because it's more popular then our other items" missed one of my ordered item, food was microwaved.

Bought here on 3 occasions, Skinny Latès have been below average for my liking. Weird taste. Not sure if it’s the beans or the milk. I accept you pay for ‘drive through experience’ nevertheless, I much prefer $2.20 Coles express Latés. Staff have always been friendly.
Discussed this with my daughter before I posted this, she agreed 100% about the weird taste. Sorry Degani.

Best drive thru coffee place & the best customer service. Owners are very friendly & all about customer satisfaction. Highly recommended.

This drive thru is very comfortably the best drive thru cafe I've ever been to the double chocolate frapar is very good with a eggless chocolate muffin or the spinach and ricotta puff pastry. I highly recommend this place
