Shocking experience. GP dr tree was useless, wouldn't find out who to call about confirming COVID 19 test, completely wasting my time on top of refusing to give me regular medication that I rely on because she isn't my regular doctor. I can't see my regular doctor until 2.5 weeks as he is on holiday

I am appalled by the way I was treated by Dr Oveisi. I told him I wanted to see a psychologist to work through my issues, but he kept insisting on medicating me with Valium. I told him I don't like taking medication due to my anxiety, but he just kept responding with 'That's my opinion' Absolutely concerning behaviour by a person in the medical profession. But hey, if anybody wants Valium, I suppose he's the doctor you go to.

Hands down the BEST Medical Centre in Deer Park! All of the staff are friendly. All Doctors I have seen are extremely knowledgable, thorough and friendly.

Bit difficult to find (it's near woolworths!). Easy parking, easy to get to the shopping centre.
Great COVID practices, private waiting room, no wait for my appointment, friendly, helpful admin and clinical staff, the doctor was thorough and listened. I had the skin scan service, which was MUCH cheaper than my local and had an earlier available booking with my preferred gender doctor.

Doctor and Receptionists were very friendly and professional. However, the nurse who was administering my Covid vaccine was cold and not comforting at all.

This clinic and its people is the most helpful and friendliest i ever experienced here in Australia in the past 20 Years.

Great facility my family has been going there for longer then I can remember and I go there now myself. Great doctors and super friendly staff.

Told the doctor, I feel like killing myself. No concern, no duty of care, didn't even check my profile, or history. Simply a "I can't help you".
Won't go back there.

Quick, efficient and great place to get a Pfizer COVID vaccine. Much better than the larger hubs/hospitals as less of a queue. Good job team!

I found the medical Centre hard to find not expecting it to be inside a major shopping Center
Other than that it was quick with my first PH covid vaccine

Doctor won’t see me in person because I have a cough but he couldn’t diagnose me over the phone even though I am isolating and have had a negative Covid test so I can’t see him about my chest infection until I’m actually recovered from it does not make sense, very disappointed about the health care.

This has been our local GP for over 40 years. Dr Ng is the most amazing Dr, always happy and friendly.
Along with the rest of the team, especially the front office girls always very welcoming and professional, and hard-working, keep up the great work.

Staff are amazing and go that extra mile to help.
Doctors are understanding and are always happy to answer questions.

It was a seamless experience. The reception staff was great and friendly. The nurse was very professional and the practice manager was very helpful.

Very professional and quick - my vaccine process was done in 20/25 mins including the 15 minutes of monitoring after the jab

I am rating the receptionist Kim 1/5. I am rating the clinic 10/10. As a receptionist Kim is very rude over the phone, in person over the receptionist counter and visibly rude to her fellow receptionist colleagues. She looks bad in comparison to Connie, Doris, Lynette, Carmal etc who are magnificent at helping and welcoming patients of the clinic. I do understand that she caters to Asian speaking patients but her etiquette is terrible.

Staff are always helpful. My Doctor is very professional and provides excellent care. I am very satisfied with this Clinic.

The doctor wasn’t good. He took only about a minute and didn’t listen properly. I wish I could have given 0 star. Never going back to this medical centre. I highly encourage if you go, pls do not take appointment with Doctor Dev hewawithana. Worst experience ever
