Dee Phillips Kinesiology

I have been seeing Dee for over 1 year for Kinesiology sessions. Dee has been the most incredible help in all aspects of my life. Dee is naturally empathetic, understanding and non judgemental. I leave every session feeling more grounded and aligned, and I recommend Dee to all my friends and family. Could not speak highly enough of Dee.

It’s difficult to fully express just how special Dee is. Ever since our first kinesiology appointment 3 ½ years ago, she has been an important part of my life. This year, Dee guided me through her Timeline Therapy sessions. She listens, is funny and caring all while being able to ask just the right question to elicit an awareness of yourself which then leads to an understanding and freedom from old patterns and limiting beliefs. I respect and trust Dee immensely and I can’t praise and thank her enough for being the beautiful soul that she is.

Huge thank you to Dee who spent 8 weeks in teaching and guiding me through new strategies for self improvement. Her words of wisdom, understanding and empathy is something else. She just has a wonderful wholesome approach. There were times when she challenged me greatly and it was quite confronting but her gentle guiding made that confrontation easier to accept. I fully recommending having a chat with Dee if your looking for change.

Thank you Dee for providing me with the tools and confidence I was lacking. Dee is an amazing coach - such a beautiful and calming voice and knows how to get the most out of you. I will continue to integrate what I have learnt over these 8 weeks into my daily life and making changes for the better.

I’ve never had kinesiology before and I’m amazed at how easy it was to find and shift some things I wasn’t aware were holding me back. My physical well being has improved AND my mindset has changed really quickly. I highly recommend Dee. She’s also lovely and the rooms are beautiful. An excellent experience!

Dee is fantastic. I find that kinesiology helps me tap into my mind/body and gives me tools to apply in my life. Dee has assisted me greatly with this process. Our body truely knows the answer and Dee helped me uncover its message.
