The girls Kirsty & Jasmine offer excellent customer service, I have come back for the second time and it always a pleasant experience.

Left buying for my brother in law to the last minute. Went into decorug in Cranbourne this morning and both the ladies were very accomodating. They helped me out quickly and efficiently and even arranged to pick the rug up from another store for us! What a wonderful customer experience. Have a great Christmas ladies & thanks heaps for your help.

Variety and prices are good. But racist staff. Happy and helpful for white people. Sudden expression and tone change when come to others. Very disappointed visit. Lady was not even ready to help in selection. Harsh face with no smile and every reply in yes, no, don't know, up to you. But with white lady, OMG she could get best customer service award. Has never seen it anywhere that much prejudice.

Could not rate Kristy enough for her help with out flooring. Today Kristy come to our house to measure and give advice to what would suit. Thank you Kristy for all your hard work and the fantastic service you give to all your customers. I will be returning to order our blind. Can’t rate Kristy and her team high enough.

Returning customer because of Kirsty and her wonderful knowledge of products.
We first got laminate to replace our first homes floors through DecoRug Cranbourne with Kirsty in 2019.
We have since built a new home and when we realised we didn’t like the builder choice of flooring back in 2022, DecoRug Cranbourne was our first thought and thankfully Kirsty was still working there and now we have a stunning Hybrid throughout our whole home.
Her customer service is brilliant and we are very thankful we had her serve us all those years ago.

Big shout out to the team at DecoRug Cranbourne. We had carpet and timber flooring installed at 2 houses and both times the service, support and installation was fantastic. Kirsty at the Cranbourne store is super friendly and helped us immensely with the colour selection and style, and always greeted us with a smile when we came in. We would definitely recommend seeing Kirsty at DecoRug to anyone.

Purchased three carpets about 3 months ago at this place, service was great. Went back again to purchase two more this week, the older Indian lady was quite rude. I won't be coming back ever again. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I bought the most beautiful rug from Kirsty at decorug! She was great with entertaining my busy 3 year old with stickers so that I could have a proper look around:) she even got a few down for a better look!

Absolute rubbish customer service. The older lady who works here is blatantly rude and racist. Would not even give this business a single star!

Only if I had an option for giving them 0 star rating. They tricked me into buying their cushions. Paid 140 dollars, the boy who served me said can bring them back if I change my mind. Went back to see if I can swap them or return them. The lady said she cannot help me with anything since that boy who served me that day only worked for 3 days and he didn’t know what he was doing. Worst customer service i have ever experienced.

Can not recommend highly enough. From the moment we entered the store Kirsty was amazing. She went above and beyond to help to choose our carpet for house new house to the perfect rugs for each room where we had floorboards.
Communication was fantastic, with many emails and phone call after changing my mind a few times lol Kirsty was nothing but helpful and put my mind as ease.

Went in a few days ago to browse, fell in love with a rug and ended up coming back the next day to buy. Kristy was fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Great experience.

Cannot recommend them highly enough, right from my first store interaction with the lovely Lili, she gave me great and relative insight and advice on my needs with the information I gave her. I have a rescue dog here that has anxiety issues and can be quiet scary as he rushes and barks at all strangers. Lili and her team simply done as I told them and ignored him and everything turned out great. The installers were very professional and their workmanship and is spot on. They were in and out in about two and a half hours and left the site spotless.

Great experience in store Kristy was great BUT that's where it finished after I had paid my money that was it took over 2 weeks to get my boards then when I had to get a credit it took over 5 days and they charged me $35.00 to take the goods back and wouldn't process my new order till I had paid I will never recommend this company to anybody

How this business operates is beyond me very poor service and who doesn’t have a delivery service these day’s are you supposed to carry them home on the bus?

Kevlin served us with excellence. Turkish Rugs - very reasonable, and discounted at different seasons of the year.
I will go back and shop there again.

Emailed my floor plan through twice for a quote and even gave it in person, never got a quote given to me. The girl who “helped” us in store couldn’t wait to get away from us and go back to chat with her coworker. To the owner, your weekend staff don’t care about getting you customers. Really disappointed as I found the exact color of flooring and carpet I wanted but have given up trying to get a quote written for me. Wouldn’t recommend.
