Massive thanks to the team here, specifically Kristine (support coordinator) and Udi (plan manager). They've been amazing. I was always happy with DC, but being a first time NDIS participant, I didn't really know what to expect. After seeing how other participants have been treated with other providers, I value them 1000x more. My mum has also switched over and more was done for her in one day, than during the entire year with her last provider. That speaks volumes to me.

As a Jobs Victoria Employment Mentor and previously working as a Jobs Victioria Advocate I have been working with Decent Care for about one and a half years. The whole team have always been super professional and hospitable every time I meet them. Every participant I have referred to them have said that they were very nice and friendly in the interview and made them feel comfortable. Several of my participants now work for Decent Care and have felt like family since the beginning.

I’ve been with decent care for the past 18 months, everyone has been really helpful, I have no complaints. I get along really well with all of my support workers especially Tia, Helena and Josh who have helped me improve in accessing the community. Julia is also always very helpful.
