Great product selection at great prices and always good service. Love that the store is dog friendly also.

Nice and clean shop with stock easy to find. Staff are friendly BUT will not price match. I purchased a mosquito shelter for the RRP of $109 from them. However, everywhere else is selling them for an average of $85. This is my first experience of shopping at Decathlon and I came out feeling that perhaps they are overpriced if they won’t price match. If I hadn't of needed the shelter as soon as I did, I would have purchased it elsewhere based on price only. Service was good though.

The shop is large. But it seems there are fewer items than other branches I've visited.

Usually love the store, but disappointed to see that South Morrang store is halved now with very limited offerings. Won't be coming to the store any more, as the available options were lacking diversity and options, even though the staff claimed that the choice was the same, it was just the size of the shop (which was not true). Feels very claustrophobic now. Not a good in-person experience any more.

Placed an online order on 21/04/2023. Between 21/04/2023 and 25/05/2023, I attempt to communicate with the online representatives including Sam, Ron and Bella. After 34 days of waiting, I was able to receive 2 items out of 5 items I ordered. The rest was refunded for them not having the items in stock. After 34 days of waiting, they conveniently informed me that they would refund me.

Cons:
- After 34 days of waiting, they informed me that they do not have the item I ordered in stock.
- My patience is wasted.
- The online enquiry takes around 3 days. The reply does not have any substance other than asking you to be patient, and the usual excuses.
- 5 items ordered and 2 items came.
- Giving you false hope.

Pros:
- At least they partially refund the item and apologise.

Would I use the online decathlon again? I suggest staying away.

I'm a big fan of sports and weight lifting and have so far bought most of my lifting equipment from decathlon. They have a great variety of quality equipment at a relatively low cost. Just today i bought the best shaker i have ever seen from them as i was in need of one. Decathlon is one of my top go-to sports stores.

The normally well stocked with over 70 sports but not body type friendly store is now half empty of shelving and appallingly stocked. Many price tags are missing the stock that is there is for rakes and similar small people. Very disappointing visit. If you are closing down, let us know; restocking? Tell us.

Loads of empty shelves, all poor quality stuff, trying to cover too many activities without specialising in anything. Feels like the store doesn’t know what it is. Staff are friendly though

Always a friendly greeting at the door. Staff willing to assist with any questions while browsing. Clean and organised presentation in store.

Nice store layout and the staff are super helpful and every time we came here we were always like we would have to come back here again next time which we have been doing so far. Definitely recommend Decathlon South Morang.

Brought a pair of hiking shoes. They are the best. Very good quality. Bought them on special. Also the service l got was top notch. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Decathlon australia seem to forget men do like to shop for sports clothes.

Getting back from Singapore where their stores are epic to the severe disappointment of Australian store is numbing. 4 shelves with barely any good active wear. The whole store was devoted to womens active wear and sports.

Great service from Nick, who was more than happy to help me locate the item i wanted. He was helpful and knowledgeable with associated accessories and after sales policies.

Well stocked with a wide variety of active needs stuff. Sports clothing outdoor etc. But limited in brands. I'd prefer more brands than 1 or 2 brands with a bazillion designs in each category. Otherwise staff are friendly, the place has a bright cheery atmosphere and prices are very competitive. Have bought stuff there. Got me a decent pair of shoes today. Will be going back again when the need arises.

Very attentive stuff, although I haven't found the winter clothing items I originally went for, due to sold out, Markus was extremely helpful and helped me find an alternative for my imminent snow trip. Thank you Markus for helping me sort out my clothing

I came across so many discounts and deals at this store. The same items which would sell for much higher prices would be selling for much lower at this venue. Amazing customer service.
