Deathwish Barber & Tattoo Co. / Boneyard Social Club reviews
49Not only did I get exactly what I asked for on my first visit, but the artistry just gets better every time I go back…I love the way Tyrell cuts my hair but more so I love watching him do it, a skilled and passionate man!
Hands down the best barber experience I’ve ever had. As soon as I arrived I instantly welcomed and given a complimentary drink. The team at Deathwish are very experienced and I will be returning for another haircut. Thanks Tyrell
I just walked in by chance and had a great experience I got a full shaved head and beard I like to chat a bit then relax let the professionals do there work and Tai's work is exactly that. The shop is designed well cool looking.thanks for Reading my review and thanks Tai for cut.
Cuts are on point and vibes are killa! Barbers and staff are amazing always nice and easy going and Sajeel the barber never misses when cutting my hair highly recommended!
Always do a great job on both my son’s hair. Really professional, kind, great customer service and a great haircut! Highly recommend.
Best Barber in Melbourne!
Used them for a year now and have never been let down. Service is outstanding and Tye goes that next level to make sure youre happy.
Worst haircut and beard trim I've had in years. The guy said he's a "A Senior Barber". I told him I wanted to keep the length so I can continue to grow out my hair but he ended up taking waaaaaaaay too much off to 'thin-out' the bulk. My beard trim was not straight under my chin/neckline in part because the lighting is poor. They do try and compensate with standing lights.
This was the second time I went to this location/barber. The first time I had someone who knew exactly how to cut long men's hair but he moved away.
I've always supported local businesses and gave them a chance but will never go back to any of their locations. Had the manager been open to honest and genuine feedback I would have gone been back.
. Update post manager's reply:
Thanks Jake. I've sent you a reply via your e mail.
. Another update:
Had text then an in-person conversation w/ the owner and the manager, both of whom were friendly, professional and intentionally listened with the purpose of understanding of what happened, how to correct it so it won't happen again which resulted in them retaining my future business. In the end, hair grows, I got a full refund, and I'll be back again to support this local business. Go to Sajeel (sp?) if you're a guy with long hair. NB: Apparently my e mails were going to spam which has happened with increasing frequency.
My first haircut since the end of lockdown and Tyrell did not disappoint! Welcomed me with a cold beer and gave me a perfect trim. Will definitely be back again.
