Had Daniel come to repair a broken front door lock was very professional and great to deal with he fixed everything perfect and went out of his way to fix the other part for me which i didn’t ask for firstly the company were straight on to as soon as I rang a gave me several options would highly recommend them now best locksmith company iv dealt with over the years and the best price as well

This organisation is to say the least NOT PROFESSIONAL. It took them SIX MONTHS to fix a sloppy lock and door handle on the front door of my apartment.
The building is new and this was simply a building defect that is covered under normal new building guarantees.

I brought this small problem to the attention of the building management who at this point in time are unfortunately required to use this organisation. The first "lock smith" that was sent out gave me a nice little fob off that the lock is ok don't worry - (ether he was too lazy to do his job or was incompetent).

Clearly I was not happy with this little pat on the head so I again brought this to the attention of building management.
The second "lock smith" did manage to improve the sloppy lock but was unable or unwilling to fix the sloppy door handle - again he was too lazy to do his job or was incompetent. Another fob off.

So I again brought this to the attention of building management. At this point the Locksmith "Manager" one Mr Colin Slater got involved and was sorry that I was not satisfied with the service received.

In his very "charming" and vindictive way he insisted that I be present during the next service call. (Like I don't work for a living). I pointed out that I was not happy with the fobbing off that had occurred (The little pat on the head was the term used). At this point he became less than cordial in his approach (he was on speaker phone at the time in the presents of one of the building managers of my apartment complex so I hope he denies this statement) and threatened that if I was rude (which I had no intention of being) to the lock smith. That he would simply have the lock smith remove the handle and leave.

So when lock smith number three showed up he FIXED THE LOOSE LOCK REPLACED THE BROKEN SPRING IN THE HANDLE was courteous and professional (1 out of 3 lock smiths know what they are doing) Well done that man. If only the first two had the same approach as him this would have been avoided.

SIX MONTHS to fix this trivial problem is not acceptable and totally unprofessional. I also suggest that Mr. Slater be coached in service and anger management or perhaps be re deployed.

In short I would not recommend using this company, sadly I cannot give it zero stars
