Mum had a motor collision just before Easter 2021 (what a luck) and we didn’t know what to do or what was going to happened, Mum’s car instantly got written off on the spot (a truck rear ended her), so yes, we were pretty stressed. The car did get towed away and we had to try and figure out what to do!

Wondering around in our heads what’s going to happen or how are we going to deal with matter, we engaged with Will from DCM Lawyers who explained to us very thoroughly and straightforwardly on how we are going to deal with this and what needs to be done, in order to go from point A to Z - start to finish. Especially when the other party, did not admit they were at fault, that didn’t help either, so it was a long battle.

In the end - from Will’s help, she got herself a new car and an upgrade!

Determination and communication is what I value, Will and the DCM lawyers team, definitely has it in them.

DCM have many reviews but all your mates don’t really count the whole point of review is to rate a service you have actually used.
There are rules under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 that should be adhered to.

I have dealt with Graham Chambers for some time now. An extremely efficient and knowledgeable Lawyer. It is refreshing and eases stress to be able to get answers and problems solved as quickly as Graham manages to. I have found his charges very reasonable as well.
