Daryl and his team have gone out of their way for us to complete a complicated and difficult front patio. We were having difficulty getting someone to do the job of roofing a new balcony and Daryl and the team not only supported us in getting jobs done when they did not need to (thank you so much Daryl) but they also did a beautiful job of roofing the balcony in conjunction with another builder, Toby Sudweeks, who sourced and assembled the hand rail. They worked together to get the job done where many others would have walked away. A wonderful outcome at good prices. I truly recommend all these pros to anyone.

I recently moved into a house and needed a shed designed and built quickly. I wanted the shed to be timber clad to match the house and keep with the Victorian style. Daryl took care of everything from design, planning and building permits, demolition of the old shed, concrete, plumbing, materials ordering and the entire build from start to finish!

We have engaged Daryl from DCG Patios for a wide variety of jobs from small residential to larger commercial jobs over the past 5 years. What keeps us going back to Daryl is his no BS attitude, he will tell you up front if he can handle the job or if it is too big for him to handle, he will handle all of the paperwork in regards to building permits etc. His years of experience in the building industry gives us great confidence in foreseeing any issues that we may come across with the project and if something does pop up I have never seen a guy with a greater work ethic or can do attitude to get the job done so that the customer is 100% satisfied. I have recommended him to family, friends & business partners without hesitation. Experience & quality of work is outstanding.

Daryl designed and built our pergola and i have to say that we were extremely impressed. He was very easy to deal with. Daryl was punctual, professional and completed it well with in the time frame. The finished structure is better than we imagined. I would have no hesitation recommending DCG Patios to anyone looking to have a pergola/patio erected.

I cannot speak for his workmanship, but i can speak for his poor business and communication skills after being given the run-around for approximately 5 months, we got lots of "ill call you in a week im busy" excuses which he failed to come good on (we should have clued on long before the 5 month mark that he wasnt interested in the job, all contact had to be initiated by us from the very beginning, we had to call him 3 times just get the quote.so thats our mistake) only for him to have a sook and ditch the job this morning when i called him out on it, citing "my attitude" as his reason.

So, do yourself a favor, find a real builder who doesnt give long lead times so he can cherry pick jobs and subsequently waste your time.
