Daylesford Regional Visitor Information Centre reviews
10Warm reception as soon as I came in lost on where to get the shuttle for the Borealis Lights at Lake Daylesford not knowing it was just at the front of the office. Anyway lots of interesting things to see here with very attentive people.
Very informative volunteers.
Really helped us with information for our stay.
There are plenty of local tourist brochures as well as those for further afield.
What really liked about the information centre was the helpful staff and the availability of brochures with maps of local walks and places of interest. Make this your first stop when visiting Daylesford.
Fabulous. Best bakery ever. Drove up from Melbourne because had been so highly recommended. The vanilla slice lived up.to the hype of best in Australia. Great custard and you could actually taste the vanilla. The pie was exceptional but my husband said it was the best pasty he'd ever eaten, and he eats a lot of them! Friendly helpful staff.
Thank you to the two beautiful smiling ladies helping us out yesterday. Not only they both provided an excellent service they actually saved the day for a badly prepared dad trying to make his son happy. My boy left Daylesford with a massive smile - thanks heaps. You went beyond your duties and we can't thank you enough.
We were looking to do another walk around Daylesford so we went to the information centre. There was a gentleman named Nathan, he was very informative and helped us find another walk. Nathan seemed to know the area well and gave great service:) thank you Nathan we really enjoyed the walk!
It closed at 2.00 pm. I rocked up just b4 4.00 pm so that's great for tourism fresh out of lockdown
Excellent service and prompt advice, thorough knowledge of the locality.
Staff are professional in helping out visitors according to their needs.
Daylesford is a town in the foothills of the great dividing range of Victoria. It is known for its natural mineral springs.
