The staff are superb, and extremely helpful, it's no fun being admitted, but they made a difference ️
I love this hospital. Anything that has happened to me eg head injury, pancreatic, severe stomach cramps, they helped and made me better. Cherish memories of lovely nurses and doctors. Hugh
Did have to take my son there for asthma difficulties - i found the staff wonderful and attentive and caring
The ER is completely useless at 10pm and after. I've been there multiple times, they give you regular panadol and send you home, because it's "too late to call a doctor"
When I asked if that's all they could do, the nurse replied "well what do you want me todo, I cant do anything, go to ballarat " completely disgraceful customer service
Was in a lot of pain and feeling unwell. On arrival was seen by nurse and doctor who did everything they could to help me. When I required to be transported to Ballarat Base they were very kind and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be. Highly recommend
Very impressed with the staff when I attended with my son. We were greeted as we walked in, seen to very quickly and my son was very well cared for.
We haven’t had to visit an emergency department before but we were so impressed with the efficiency & professionalism of the nurses and doctor here. Thank you for you help and compassion.
Visiting from out of town I had a fall and attended Emergency on the 18/8/18 and I would love to say the professional, caring and thorough attention from Dr. Josh was fantastic. Thankyou so much for your comfort, care and reassurance.

My experience in the Emergency Dept was exceptional. I could not fault Sam (nurse) & staff on their professionalism and kindness. Their expertise & consideration was commended by not only the ambulance crew but also the receiving hospital. The 5 star rating is well deserved to Sam and all the nurses involved.
