I did a couples massage with my best friend, the staff were very accomodating with making sure they were using products that did lot irritate my eczema which i really appreciated. The massage itself was lovely, but the experience in the end was extremely disappointing. I am aware of my skin condition and my dry skin. But the massage therapist Caro kept saying how extremely dry my skin was and that she hadn't seen skin like this before. It wasn't just once or twice, she mentioned this four times in my treatment. I graciously said yes i know, but the more she said it the more humiliating it felt, especially with my friend and another therapist in the room.
She really took away from what could have been an amazing experience and I'm feeling too self conscious to go for massages again because of it. I sent them an email telling them my feedback and i disappointingly got no response even though the responses were very efficient prior to my massage that week.

If a business has to chase money for deposit just hours before service then it's desperate for cash.
I recently booked my wife and I for fathers day and just hours before our appointment the reception called wanting half the money as a deposit, ok so we payed it but on arrival we were asked to fill in a personal information sheet for the business, I replied, I don't work here I'm a paying customer and I don't do your paperwork for you but I'm happy to give you my information and sign. But the receptionist replied that if we don't fill it out we can't have the service. So we asked to speak to the owner but was told they would call me back tomorrow. They never did and after a number of emails they still have the money. Very sad but that's how they treat their paying customer. Some business people put customer's first and others put money first well they did want the money before the service surprised they did expect me to massage myself too

Really, I was hostile and aggressive you guys are really a peice of work, we spent three days in Daylesford and we never had a problem anywhere else. That's a pretty bold statement to make on a public forum, you do have evidence? Wow that is grounds for legal advice. We both know the truth.

Absolutely heavenly massage and facial. Caro was so skilled, attentive, experience and kind - one of the best massages I have ever had and deeply restorative. Very professional and warmly welcoming place, beautiful products and a peaceful, really nurturing experience. Thankyou!

Truly such an amazing experience! It was all about the finer details for me - the heated massage bed, the aromatherapy bath and the care Hannah and Meghan gave us was so impeccable, I cant recommend this day spa enough. We'll definitely be back! ️

Had a beautiful couples experience. My partner is a seasoned spa goer, but for someone like myself we was new to the experience. It was such a welcoming one. I felt comfortable at all times. Megan who look after me, was so caring and paid attention to my skin type and even past injuries. Left feeling on cloud 9. Thank you!

We visited the Daylesford Day Spa this morning, and were really happy with our treatments and the beautiful therapist's Megan and Julia. The indulgence package was so much more than what we expected, and we left there feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated.
We were so fortunate to be in Daylesford on a weekend where it's a bit quieter than usual due to restrictions.

Booked the couple's relaxation massage. The service was excellent and staff were friendly and professional.

We came as a small group for my friend's hens day out and we really enjoyed ourselves and I couldn't be more pleased that we did. The girls looking after us were so lovely, and attentive. The massage was amazing and the facial left us feeling like queens! 5 stars!

Booked pedicure and facial for my daughter and I. My daughter said her treatment was lovely HOWEVER my therapist exfoliated my right leg for so long I thought I would not have any skin left on my leg. When she started on the left leg I asked her to stop. I hardly had any exfoliting on my feet and my feet came out of there exactly the way they went in. No softer, still hard skin on my heels etc. I sent an email of to the spa to let them know my thoughts and to also say what an exceptional service my daughter had and i have not heard back from them at all. Very quick to take your money but no follow up. Extremely disappointed. I have had some beautiful pedicures over the years and this one was certainly not in that bracket by a mile

I went here this morning with my best friend and we had the facials and it was absolutely amazing, the staff are very thorough and ask if there is any skin concerns and made us feel so relaxed, my skin felt and looked amazing afterwards and was fantastic service. Would definitely recommend and will be returning

I rarely post reviews. But I had to this time.
I booked in for the Total Bliss package. It is a 2hr package and it felt like it went substantially longer than 2hrs.
Part of the package works on your feet. I have ticklish feet and normally giggle and laugh throughout a foot massage. This time, Danielle not only got my feet massaged without even a snicker, she got me so relaxed that I fell asleep.
If I could rate more than 5stars, I would. Give yourself a treat and sign in to see Danielle.

Took the wife for a suprize day out and I think I ended up enjoying it more then she did. Very relaxing.

Absolutely wonderful experience! All of the ladies I dealt with from the receptionist through to the therapist were so genuinely warm and friendly, and really made me feel special.
I had a wonderful personalised facial and the Julique products used are devine!
It is clear that all of the staff here take pride in their work and enjoy working here. Highly recommend a visit if you are in Daylesford area!
