You seriously cannot fault what these guys are doing. Fantastic beers and AMAZING burgers! We loved all but one beer on our paddles and the wagyu and chicken burgers are up there with some of the best we’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked. Great flavour. Perfect ingredients and the exact amount of sauce required to balance the burgers! 10/10!

Every once in a while life surprises you with things, peoples, places and spaces that become unforgettable. Most of the times the situations that make these memorable are quite simple, humble, yet they have a massive impact on you becoming instant memories not to say legendary.

“Daylesford Brewing Co” has been having a classic Tuesday Burger night and we were blessed (lucky us) by being at the right place at the right time; we had the most outstanding cheese burger in a long time! Delicious meat patties, cooked to perfection with a crunchy crust, covered impeccably with a layer of melted cheese, with pickles and onions and the perfect amount of sauces in a bed of deliciously toasted on the hot plate bread with a side of hot, freshly fried chips! I’m convinced that this humble burger should be amongst the top burgers IN THE WORLD.

All this deliciousness served with a pot of a magnificent Lager (from a vast selection of perfectly brewed ales) coming from the diligent hands and the top notch service only folks willing to demonstrate how much they love their job are capable of doing make this place a 10 out of 10!

And the music! For Christ sake! The music! Giving this place in Daylesford an extremely hard to leave ambiance! Its a shame reviews only allows you to give a maximum 5 stars as this place clearly deserves 6 not to say 7.

GO TO THIS PLACE if you love beer, burgers and good ol’ Rock music.

Staff were friendly, beers were decent - although limited but the burger was a little bland and didn’t live up to expectations. Place itself was a little grotty - lots of flies inside, so we moved outside where the furniture was dirty and the table top had yesterday’s sauce on it, despite having only just opened

At time of ordering lunch, we were advised that 3 items on the menu couldn't be made, which I would have thought upon asking for a menu, that we'd be advised of this, not at time of ordering, which 5 of us wanted one of these items. We had to ask to cutlery twice, as well as serviettes. The guy behind the bar didn't seem too bothered by the lack of menu info, lack of cutlery requests or serviettes. Overall, we left very disappointed.

This place really does deserve the great reviews it receives. They brew some really, really good beers, they have a very well thought out drinks list and the food they serve is absolutely delicious (try their cheeseburger: you will never have a Macca's again! And the leg of lamb.to die for!). The service is excellent and very friendly, and the place has a great ambience. I highly recommend paying them a visit, and we will be sure to return!

Best burgers we have ever had! We are big foodies so we've been to many places all over Melbourne for burgers and these are hands down THE BEST!

I had an amazing burger with thick patty and incredible smoked mayo. I can't love enough the thin cut crispy chips. Highly recommend trying it!

Lovely evening. Six beer paddle. Faves are the Porter and the Pale Ale which is unusual because I’m not normally a fan of Pale Ale.
The Hazy and the Golden are both good brews some exciting flavours.
The meals were popcorn chicken and toasted cheese sandwich with jalapeño and smoked cheddar. Both go well with beer (what a coincidence…).
Plenty of GF/V options.

It's a really fantastic spot to eat out! The beer was great. The Golden Ale was our pick.
As for the cheese burger, hands down the best cheese burger we have ever had!

Lovely unassuming place to enjoy some well selected drinks and simple but delicious food to accompany the aforementioned libations!
Some very enjoyable tunes also being put out that tied the venue together white nicely.

I will be definitely returning here on my next visit to Daylesford.

Had a brilliant time here last weekend. They were very accomodating for our larger group (10-odd people) and all the food was delicious. Shout out to Robbie for his excellent service. Will absolutely be back xx

Nice place, good atmosphere, but $22 for a daiquiri in a tiny glass that was only half full! Come on guys, you can do much better than that. Even $10 would have been too high a price for that!

Staff amazing. Beers delicious. $14 for a small bowl of what tastes and appears like frozen shoe string chip when it’s advertised as hand-cut was a bit average. Chicken bites were soggy. Beef tartare on point.

Beer is really good but food took an hour. Nice guys but maybe it is just australia day problems.

This place MADE our trip to Daylesford! Amazing service, great atmosphere (I was worried it would be crowded and loud but it was spacious and airy! The steak tartare was to DIE FOR! Amazing quality meat as the same for the Ceviche! HIGHLY recommend this place!

Lovely little brew house. Fantastic mango & lime sour. Wish I could have stayed to taste the whole range. Very friendly staff too.

Awesome dining experience. Staff were very attentive to detail and the menu the chef provided was outstanding. Thoroughly recommend dining at the Daylesford brewing co and sampling the vast array of home grown brews.

The wagyu burger and the Chicken burger were great! Chips were nice and crispy outside and soft inside. The Belgian strong beer tasted really smooth.
