I suspect there is a significant quality issue with their oil.

When we moved to this area, the engines of our two cars became unusable. When the first car had a problem, I initially thought it was due to the car's age. So, we bought a second car. Unfortunately, after three months, the second car developed the same issue. When the staff at the 4S dealership checked our second car, they informed me that the engine was contaminated with impurities.

Another incident occurred simultaneously. Our third seldom-used car had its engine light come on again after refueling here, resembling the ominous signs of engine trouble in our first two cars. Suspecting a problem with the fuel, we went to Chadstone to refuel. Immediately, the engine light turned off after changing the gas station. I'd like to caution those reading this review to be careful with gas stations in this area. We've already spent a significant amount on car repairs. I'm extremely frustrated and am contemplating legal action against these unscrupulous merchants. However, pursuing this route would entail more expenses on hiring a lawyer, conducting oil analysis, and attending court.

Always great friendly service and some of the best prices on fuel, petrol E10,91,95 or Diesel.
Note they don’t have 98 fuel, but highly recommended anyway.

I have been using this petrol station for years. The cheap petrol and amazing service from blond lady with a Slavic accent and Dali. Keep up good service and cheap petrol

A blond lady behind the counter with a slavic accent was very rude. I guess she didn’t like her job.

There has NOT been a time when I get petrol at Daef Maidstone and behind the counter and always with a big beautiful smile is Dali. Very misleading - they showed 1.84 for unleaded 91 on their board but then when you put the pump un it says 2.11 instead. When I approached the guys at the counter that wasn’t even friendly at all, he said “well yeah because I have just changed it”. When I told him that the petrol price on their board stated a different price which they should have honoured because it was what it said when I put petrol in my car, but he said well it is what it says it is which is 2.11 because I have changed the price. Not even saying sorry, he just ignore me and carry on. Very unprofessional and misleading to attract people in to get petrol from them, very disappointing I wouldn’t have stopped if that was the case especially when it was cheaper at the one across the road from them.

I was once queuing in this petrol station in Maidstone called Dayef for some weeks to fill up my brand new Ford Raptor Diesel because I found it so cheap. But lately, my Raptor stopped without any reason. Although this petrol station was newly renovated as I’m aware of its history from old to new, I still suspect that your petrol reservoir tank underground is contaminated with lots of retained moist and dirty residues of water deposit from an old tank.and this is a serious matter need to be sorted out. So since from then I stopped filling up petrol from this station even it’s cheap from others. I hope you don’t have similar issues from other consumers like mine.

Best priced petrol in the western suburbs. Friendly and efficient service and much better tasting coffee than from other petrol stations at the same prices.

Fuel is always cheap, and I have never had a problem with my car.they are friendly but it's busy, but that's to be expected selling cheap fuel

This is the only place i fill petrol from. I like the coffee too here. Much more tastier than $5 coffee elsewhere. Location is not ideal but now i know how to navigate around busy intersection.also it is a bit unfair on the business that someone has commented on the wages without evidence. I agree that reviewer needs to edit their content

I give 5 stars to this servo because of the good prices, the clean bathrooms, the variety and overall the excellent costumer service, both girls are helpful and friendly.

Only few family owned fuel stations are in Melbourne…Dayef is one of that…
I like this place because it’s family owned business, fuel price is very less compared to big companies…they give priority to customers.

Fuel is fairly reasonably priced and clean. Customer service is excellent for most of the staff except for one Asian man who works in the evening shift. He has consistently reject my purchase of buying a coffee, saying the coffee machine is broken or no coffee be cause he just cleaned it and referred me to go to 7/11 diagonally opposite. I know its not broken because there were no error shown on the coffee machine and there were no out of order sign place in front to warn customers and I had experienced once before with another staff on duty. I live at the same address for over years and purchase my petrol from the same station for all these years. I find it convenient be cause it's like 100m from where I live.

Staff have no idea about tobacco products and require training. Go to 7/11 around the corner customer service is better. Cheaper isn't always better. Especially when they are unable to admit fault when the have done the wrong thing. Was Rothman crush blue and I have purchased them at the store a number of times previously. My roommate asked for red as she was even given an option.when we went back and yes after the initial disappointment of opening the packet and lighting one up to find they were just reds. Not really a big deal though @$38 a packet these days it's not a cheap mistake. We both specifically asked for crush and he even gave me gold instead of blue (not crush).

We didn't receive what we clearly asked for and understand emotions are rather high these days. Could have taken the product back written it off and provided us with what we initially asked for.

Please do advise publically that you have stopped holding pouch tobacco as I've never heard of a place running out completely. But this is also what we were advised. Initially when we requested what pounch tobacco you had in store.

We were never asked for details for a manager to get in contact with us.

But is what it is I guess but we all just here to express our personal experiences with the businesses we come into contact with.

Always VERY cheap fuel prices. The staff are a bit slack though. I suspect they’re not even paid minimum wage because they really don’t seem to give a hoot about customer service.

Always cheap price for fuel, toilets available, coffee, food all available its one stop shop, but busy all the time.

Consistently one of the cheapest places for E10 in Melbourne's west. Slightly awkward position to drive into and out of but it's not too bad as long as you stay alert.

Staff at times more attentive towards each other than the customers!
It was about 11pm. Cashier was busy talking while me as a customer was left waiting for him to finished his conversation b4 I could pay fir my fuel!
