Can I just say the soup is soooo bloody delish! ITS SO DAMN TASTY I FINISH THE WHOLE BOWL, every last drop they also offer a great selection of meats, balls, veggies and what not

Maybe it's because I just ate level 1, but the taste was just the same. The Korean version was much more delicious. The ingredients are more diverse than in Korea, but popular ingredients such as bok choy and beef were empty by 2-3 PM and weren't refilled until I left. And If you don't like the cilantro, be sure to leave it out! (Ask when ordering) But more than anything else, I found mold while drinking water. I already drank a whole cup, but I found mold on the water bottle. When I wiped it, it couldn't be cleaned because it was mold on the inside. I already drank one cup.and the water bottle looks like this, but what is it like in the kitchen. I don't think I'll ever go again.

Great place for hotpot.

The pork bone soup was a rich and heartwarming broth - a great non spicy option. They have a wide range of hotpot ingredient options to choose from and it is cooked well.

Expect to spend ~$20-25 here.

It looks like this address is running a dark kitchen serving Italian food through Uber eats. Long story short, their business practices are categorically unacceptable in inhuman. If I happen to have the right business I wait for their response. The business there DBA is called "a slice of heaven" - I have contacted the a triple c to file a complaint, because Uber has no interest in running a fair and equitable marketplace. If my complaint has nothing to do with this owner, then I would reflect that someone is using their same address and ABN to poorly, poorly, poorly mistreat customers

So many different types of tofu. Very helpful staff. Don't be too greedy, just add what you want to the pot.

1. The attitude of the counter staff is very bad!
2. There is also a box fee for take-out, and it is not packaged, which is very unreasonable.

3. There were still worms in the sauce box given to me. I immediately reminded the clerk to replace it, but the clerk only asked: worms? Not a word of apology. It feels like I'm looking for trouble.
4. The soup base comes with white rice. I informed the counter at the same time when ordering. The staff replied that white rice would have to be paid separately and had to wait for 30 minutes. It took too long to think about it, but I saw a notice saying that it was already included. It didn’t really matter that I didn’t even eat a bowl of white rice. What’s even more ridiculous was that before I could leave and sit waiting for my meal, I heard someone in the kitchen asking some of the tables outside if they wanted white rice! The experience is really bad!
5. The rice cake I ordered disappeared, but I found a small amount of vegetables that I didn’t order in the meal.

I used to eat here often when I lived in Melbourne, but I have never encountered this kind of situation. I came here to buy it with my family during this trip. I was very disappointed with the whole process and the result. I will not come back again.

Food is super good. But the service is opposite. Super bad service and have a bad customer management. I would like to recommend for the food only. Their table, water bottle are not clean. I saw the bottle have some yellow spot which mean they did not clean it properly. Also, they have no service mind.

Good malatang spot for a variety of options to pick from. Can select from dry or soup based. It’s a bit of hidden away and under an apartment building.

One of the lady staff with really short hair was very rude.barely looked at customers when speaking and spoke very softly.chef and other staff did not wear their masks when serving food.very unhygienic for the the situation we’re living in

The original malatang is really good! The new tomato soup base is alright, not as good as I imagined.
Somehow due to lockdown the ingredients seem to be not fresh, especially the octopus.: (

High quality and variety of ingredients and the pork bone broth is fulled with flavour. The restaurant is very clean (from tables to bowls), service & atmosphere is great too.

We ordered the delivery on Pandas on Saturday night. Waited for 1 hour to get the food and the portion is so so so so small.
We’re starving after waiting for a hour.
The most important is that the food portion is quite shocking Two-person meal (~35 AUD) only has 2 pieces of meat for one type. How come you offered such a different service with the dine-in style and charged that high when the food is not valued that much at all.

The medium spicy malatang was delicious with a good kick that built up. High quality of the ingredients, very fresh and flavourful. I'll be back!

Had a great dinner at David's. Love the dry hotpots, prefer it over the other shops in town. Would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend this place for people who likes spicy food and umami-flavored food. Great meat and veggies selection. Perfect for cold weather. And also, free rice!
