Delicious food and amazing friendly staff, helped us with all aspects of our meal and made it a great experience.

Pros: Fresh ingredients and broths are very tasty
Cons:
1. You'll be given single use plastic cup and black plastic straw if you order soft drinks.
2. The staff push the alcohol sale hard. Even after benig told that we don't drink.
3. Overpriced. Be aware that every bowl of sauce you take to the table will cost you. I haven't noticed the price sign anywhere, only on our bill.
4. Servings are large, but no one tells you how much to order. We ended up with way too much food.
5. There's a laundry basket underneath each table - no one explained to us what it was for. To this day I don't know, but my guess is it's for used serviettes.
6. Bench seats really uncomfortable. No back rest, no cushion
7. If you order prawns, you peel them yourself - using chopsticks or fork

Fresh yummy food. Very very spicy. Ruined my good jacket and tshirt but enjoyed the food. My nose is also dripping. Will come back

This is my first time here and I'm already planning my second visit here. Great food and the staff are really friendly, guiding you on how to order and giving good recommendations. If you have never tried hot pot, this is the place to be! Yum yum!

Hotpot is for 8 - 10 people everything is atleast $20. An order of vegies, lobster ball, beef, tofu, noodles and jug of juice will set you up close to $180. Mind you these are not big serve.

It was a very unique dining experience. Ashley, the front desk girl was very sweet and attentive. She taught us how hotpot works and gave us suggestions on what to order. We loved the crispy pork belly! And so much fun mixing our own sauce dish. Other staff were friendly too. A great place for special occasions.

Had no idea how the concept worked. Staff were friendly and took the time to explain. I ordered too much food, thankfully you can take it home (not the broth). Food was fresh and tasted good. Was disappointed the sauces (help yourself) were an additional charge. Eg $24. This made it an $140 meal for two.

Lovely staff. Very generous with the portions of food. Tastiest hotpot I’ve had with high quality food! I attended this hotpot with my niece and the staff did everything they could to keep her comfortable by providing her little toys.

Great food, great service. What more would you like. Mild is pretty spicy though. Go Tonkatsu broth

Had an authentic Hot Pot experience - it reminded us of being in China. A lot of variety and helpful staff. Great food.

First time experience with hot pot and couldn't have picked a better place. Fresh food and staff super friendly and amazing service. Food was delicious and the whole experience and presentation was 5star. Definitely reccomend.

Fantastic service and food.

Crispy pork was worth coming back for. Soups were really tasty and the menu was east to follow. Mr 9 has demanded we return as soon as possible.

Was more expensive than other local options, but value was reflected well in the quality, presentation and service.

First time trying Chinese hot pot, and the service is amazing and they were so helpful in explaining what to do, there so friendly and happy to help you. The food is just something you have to experience for yourself but you won't regret it and you will feel so full!
