The frameless shower door they installed was not a good fit and leaked a lot, and they had to be instructed how to fix the problem. One of the screen walls was wobbly. They were up to 4 hours late in arriving.

I paid $1800 for double glazing as my apartment window backs onto Kingsway. The hush glass installed did not work at all and I was told by Harry that it wasn’t his fault as the sound was coming from somewhere else and told me to find an acoustics specialist. No such specialist exists and Harry did a Houdini, I never heard from him again. I booked another company to fix the problem and correct noise cancelling window installed. Do not trust this company, I was completely scammed.

Everyone who worked on this job for me was courteous and helpful and knowledgable. The service could not have been better. I would recomment using these people to anyone with a glass "problem".

I am beyond disgusted with David Glass. I paid $2500 for hush glass installation and it made no difference. I complained about the result as they promised me complete silence from the noisy road. I had the manager come out and inspect the result but I never heard back from the company. They told me to find an acoustics expert but after googling no such person exists. They then told me to complain to the council, I was never offered a refund or an apology. Do not use this company. They are completely unprofessional and rude.
