I’ve seen David of Focus Physio on and off for various injuries for the past 8 years. Amazing and professional service each time. But most importantly, with fabulous results each time! David is just amazing. I have been with him for 13 years. I could barely walk when I started with David. He has helped me so much. We have exercised to strengthen my body. He is personable and his wife is lovely too. They are both working hard to keep the clinic COVIDSAFE.

David has been looking after our family's physio needs for many years now. Whatever the injury or long standing issue has been, David has always fixed it! He treats his patients both skilfully and kindly, choosing the treatment methods best suited to the client or injury. I was referred to David Adams via my GP for a chronic lower back problem that had been ongoing for some time. From my first appointment my concerns that I would never improve were put to rest. David is comprehensive in his assessment and treatment, is extremely knowledgeable and uses massage, gentle manipulation, Pilates reformer exercises and also incorporates Eastern modalities such as acupuncture and moxibustion in his practice. He is very pleasant to deal with and always positive but realistic in his approach. He also has an online booking service which makes it easy to arrange appointments. I would thoroughly recommend David to anyone in need of physio services.
