Absolutely appalling customer service.
Website stated 3 - 5 business days for delivery. Called 7 days later to be told we were a small country town so didnt qualify - (We are based on the Sunshine Coast). Our order had not even left the warehouse! Apparently too hard to find a courier that delivers to the Sunshine Coast, and even harder to call us and let us know.
David Gitman is the rudest person Ive ever dealt with. Made absolutely no attempt to be courteous or helpful. Would never use again!

What was purchased was not what was received. Customer support (Paul) tried to hide behind a line at the bottom of their website saying photos are indicative only. This is a massive change, doesn't suit my purposes, the manager (Trent) if I am right, was too busy to return my call!
This is not a customer error! Do not order from this company. I am not joking. They offered to take the unit back but at my cost for shipping? ACCC here we come!

Put my order in yesterday and called ahead to query stock levels. Gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly polite and helpful, gave me the confidence to proceed with my first order through these guys.
Expecting up to a 3 business day delivery and less than 16 hours later and my data cabinet, patch panel and power rack were delivered to my office door!

Could not be happier with the quality of product, service and speed in delivery. They will be my go to when we expand!

Bought a storage rack - poor quality and poor finish. Does charge "re stoking fee" for returns.

Try to get a return for my server rack since i picked the wrong one.they where rude and unhelpful when i tried to return it.they kept wanting me to pay a restock fee of $120 for a 5 min job in the warehouse and account department.will be taking my business to 4cabling since i don't have these issues with them.pick a better company to get your server rack and other items from.

Very poor quality shelving bad customer service the shelves i brought was so bent and twisted and wouldn't help compensate for my loss of time and effort
Go to Keysborough instead much cheaper.

The staffs of this company are very aggressive and rude there is no good customer relation I would liked to order many items from this business but my first visit and first deal would be my last.
