Fantastic! Great staff, good quality, and did a special thingy for my Mum's proposal.

I made a drawing and there was a weird black line at the top of it. The staff member said it'll fade away after a wash and that's how the machine prints the drawings. Well.it didn't fade and is still there. The service desk reached out to me and it turned out that it was a flow on my own design! Well they still offered to reprint it and the customer service was amazing. Really friendly and supportive staff.

Visited Prahran store on Friday 7th July. Tom was exceptional with "world class" customer service, and I collected an order which had been missed in March.
It prompted me to order more tees whist I was there. A genuine and graciously positive experience.

I ordered some items with a custom design and had them gift wrap them for me. I didn't get to see the finished product until my friends opened their presents, at which point I was pleasantly surprised. It was exactly what I hoped it would be and more. The printing turned out great and the product quality was top notch. Thank you for making my birthday gifts a hit!

I had a delightful experience! I saw one of Das Automat’s own designs on their Instagram page but the print wasn’t listed for sale on their shop. So inquired on Instagram, got a near immediate response and then I was helped to pick base shirts for the print I wanted. It was all very easy and the staff are courteous and knowledgeable. The shirts are of fantastic quality. Soft and pliable right out of the package, with a crisp and clear print exactly as requested.

Used these guys in Collingwood and so happy to see them in Prahran now. They as super quick and high quality products. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Terrible customer service. We’ve been at their store twice and they seemed racist to us. They only welcome you to the store if you’re white or their friend (which they all probably are white again). Otherwise, you’ll have to wait there for ages for someone to ask you what you want or say hi to you. They won’t even let you say anything if you’re not white and have to wait there for some time.
Other than that, the quality of the work is not that bad. It’s just the staffs that are the problem.

It was super easy to create my shirt design, and it turned out great! The print quality is fantastic. I'm genuinely surprised at how cheap it was to create a custom shirt, and it's definitely going to be my go-to gift from now on! The staff even sent me an email after I placed my order just to let me know that the design looked good, so thoughtful!

Headed there with some images on my phone and not much of an idea, thankfully Awesome Alexa saw what i was trying to achieve and helped me get the best shirts for my mates wedding!
