Wouldn't even rate it one star if I could.

Had the worst experience.
I was asked to work around this guys schedule, no consideration was given in terms of customer experience and feedback.
He lied and put the blame on me as is customer.
Was told if I was not happy with the experience or product on our first appointment, I would get my refund back and never did.
I was told I would have the tracking number for my suits and never given one.
When I kept asking for it I was told it will be sent.
Then I was given a call five days later, and kept giving excuses. My first wedding anniversary is today and I still don't have my suits.
Please do not trust this company with your special occasion or memorable event, you will be disappointed.

The excellent cost and remarkable quality for the tailored suit I received pleasantly pleased me. For those looking for both flair and cost, highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing two suits from Ishan and the Darzi team.
From the outset I had a clear vision of exactly what I wanted and after a measurements session and choosing the fabrics I was delivered two impeccable suits.

The suits produced by Darzi not only fit to perfection but met the brief I had perfectly and are absolute head turners.

I have had multiple compliments on both suits and you can see people staring as you walk down the street in a perfectly tailored bold blue pin stripe double breated suit or the beautiful Window pane grey 3 piece with double breasted Waist coat.

Based on my experience, these will be the first of many more suits to come from the Darzi team.

I was taking a casual stroll past the store when I noticed an unusual sight. There was an evidently homeless gentleman standing at the door, peering inside. The Darzi staff, instead of turning him away, welcomed him in with warmth and a respectful nod. My curiosity piqued, I too decided to step inside to observe the scene further.

The staff served the man a hot meal and spoke with him as if he was their oldest customer. While he was eating, one of the staff members, Manik I believe, quietly disappeared into the back. After a while, he returned with a beautiful set of clothes: a well-tailored suit, a couple of fine cotton business shirts, and a pair of chinos.

What took me by surprise wasn't just the fact that they were giving this man clothes, but they were of the same premium quality they offer to their regular customers. I watched as they treated him with the same respect and dignity they extended to everyone who walked through their door. It was truly a heartwarming sight.

Once he was done with his meal, they gently guided him to a changing area where he could try on the clothes. When he emerged, he was transformed. The clothes fit him perfectly and his face had an undeniable glow. The staff and other customers applauded, bringing a shy but genuine smile to his face.

I left the store that day with an overwhelming respect for Darzi and its staff. Not only did they showcase their expertise in tailoring, but they also displayed a profound sense of humanity. Their generosity extended far beyond just a suit and a meal; they gave this man dignity and hope. I cannot recommend Darzi highly enough, not just for their incredible tailoring skills, but also for their extraordinary hearts.

The apparel is of exceptional quality, and I can tell with certainty that the textiles are both strong and cosy. I purchased several items, and each one has held up flawlessly after numerous washings. It is clear that they take great delight in selecting the best items that accurately reflect current fashion trends.

Additionally, the staff is really knowledgable and stylish. My shopping experience was made extremely enjoyable because they were able to recommend clothes that precisely complemented my style and physical characteristics. They stand out from other retailers thanks to their tailored customer service.

The affordable prices are a major plus as well. Their rates are shockingly reasonable considering the level of quality and elegance they offer. I had anticipated paying much more. Finding a store that sells high-end apparel without being prohibitively expensive is fantastic.
