I highly recommend Darren and his staff. It was my first visit to this salon, I was in a fragile state at the time, Aly and Shania went above and beyond to show me such care and kindness. I hadn't had a decent cut in years as my hair is curly and finding someone who knows how to cut curly hair well, is not easy. Not only is Darren a brilliant cutter, but even more than that he is a man with a great, big, beautiful heart, who listened and shared as he transformed my drab long grey hair, into a style I am very happy with. We might tweak it even more next time Darren, I was being conservative and you listened and did what I asked, you have gained my trust! Next time I will take advice from you. Darren Grayson came highly recommended to me when I was looking for a stylist that could cut my chin length bob into a short pixie cut. Let's just say I LOVE my new do! Josie is an expert on knowing exactly what you want and knows how to apply it to your hair. All the staff are very welcoming. This was my first visit to the salon and would very happily recommend to others. All of the staff were exceptionally professional and friendly. Darren’s consultation was fantastic - I’m very happy with the results.

I have thick hair and like it to be cut short and thinned out. As the stylist uses scissors rather than thinning scissors (which other salons sometimes use), it provides a much better result particularly as it grows out.

Great customer service by Jack. Took time to find out how I wanted my hair coloured and looked after me from start to finish. Not like alot of salons where you get a second stylist to blow wave your hair. Also Jack Cut my partners hair and beard and he was really happy with the end result

I have been attending Darren Grayson Hairstylists since 2011, through a referral from my previous hairdresser (16 years) in Canberra.

It takes time to understand a client's requirements and Darren has been nothing short of making the effort on all accounts, providing his natural, creative expertise as a hairstylist as well as a professional business owner. It has also been a joy to watch his team take the various opportunities made available, to progress their personal growth in the hairdressing industry.

Over the years, I have enjoyed and still do, the development of the relationship between Darren and myself, both professionally and personally.

There are many good reasons Darren has won so many coveted industry awards, and that is because he is not only extremely talented, he has the implicit knowledge to be able to cut 'your' hair better than anyone I know. This man is so fabulous that I travel from Sydney for him to do my hair! Darren and his team have been working their magic on my hair forever and I wouldn't trust anyone else.
