Food was full of masala and lesser of taste. Someone said food over the weekend is average but try week days. I tried weekend & weekdays but no difference. Iftar buffet was absolutely waste of money.

The food tastes absolutely amazing. Mostly tried BBQ because the meat was well cooked, perfectly seasoned and juicy.
Their serving size, presentation, service, and attention to customers were good too.
However, the restaurant has good sitting space.

The food here is much delicious and full of taste. The environment is also peaceful. Service is quick. The administration is playing its role at its best. Seatings are comfortable here. Overall, its a best place to enjoy with friends, family, and relatives. You can enjoy good and tasty food here. Especially the BBQ is the best here.

Did sehri at this Restaurant and worst ever experience i have in my life…. Not recommend -1 rating from my side

Very basic food nothing special, horrible biryani and a bit rip off, 10 and 12 yr olds charged as adults, no wonder they don’t serve A la Carte, they make more money serving cold food from yesterday. You should be ashamed of yourself for charging such a great deal and not delivering quality food and service. Looks like Ramadan is another money making opportunity for you.

Darbaar restatrant is good restaurant.food quality is good. Taste is good Staff serving is good.

Bestest customer service, food is ok not bad may be 7.5/10, but 10/10 for customer service:) just go there because the staff is friendly and really hospitable.

We all sometimes fail to show up at our reservations due to unfortunate reasons, NEVER have I recieved a personal message from the owner blaming me for the loss of his business! This is extremely unproffesional. The customers don't owe you ANYTHING because you're a " small Pakistani business trying to survive", We all work VERY hard for our money. If you dont have a plan for situations where a customer doesnt show up, you shouldn't be in the restaurant business. Please stop being a victim.
Have better processes, and improve your service! Will I ever go to this restaurant in the future? No! Will I tell everyone about the owner's message? Yes! Will he lose more customers due to his unproffesional attitude than he did by me not showing up? Definitely!

Edit: judging by the reviews people have been leaving on your business here and on fb in the past few years, I can confidently say that you need lessons on running a business. How many more people will you fight for defaming you. Shame on you!
in terms of taking legal action, I will be happy to see you in a successful position where you can take legal action against people without getting sued yourself. Doubt that day will ever come. Goodluck running your business in the long run

If you had dine out manners you would’ve informed us, instead of apologising you’re shamelessly teaching us how should we run our business? We reserved your table for 10 people for the Sehri Buffet at 3am and refused people, it was your responsibility to inform us that you can’t make it, as far as the personal message concern, you provided us your contact number upon making your reservation so where should we contact? No business wants customers like you, guess we didn’t lose anything, but you’re not welcome at our restaurant anymore and you can’t blackmail us by telling people not to go at this restaurant. And if we ever seen anything on social media or or anywhere relating to defaming our business we will take a legal action against you

Had iftaar buffet her last night, it was the best iftaar in Melbourne after trying so many other Pakistani restaurants I would say Darbaar has the best iftaar buffet, fresh and warm food and amazing service

Tried ramadan buffet this week.for $35 per person, variety of items was no issue but the taste was.could not find a single food dish that would have make this experience worth

The best indian pakistani food you will eat in Melbourne. Each dish was perfect. Usually I prefer persian/afghan bbq, but this bbq was also very nice, tender and aromatic (spicy though). Chicken karahi was fresh magic, butter chicken was the best butter chicken i had in Melbourne. And the keema was also very nice. In the shop next door we had kulfi afterwards.memorable day in melbourne foods!

I am very disappointed in the food quality and how we were treated towards the end. The girl was nice but the guy was very rude. Chicken was horrible, inedible and not at all fresh to the point we actually felt sick. Would not ever recommend to anyone.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! THE FOOD WAS APPALLING (never order the chicken) AND THE GUY AT THE FRONT IS HORRIBLE! The food wasn't the only thing which left a bad taste in my mouth

Replied: you can replace all the chicken you want but never the rudeness. It's wishful thinking really, thinking that I would return. We only refused the replacement because we knew it would be a waste as well. Ever heard of compensation? We never refused to pay, only asked to be compensated. And on the topic of 10 accounts. LOL My family and I have never used the review option but I guess it's there exactly for this reason. Little tip, make sure the food is servable and service mannered before you come running to reply. It would make a world of a difference.

Food is horrible never go here. And donot even try to order lahori karahi, fried rice which has zeera in it and seekh kebab. Waiting time is almost 1 hour

Me and my friend visit here last night Monday.they allready closed but still on our request they provide us a food. Which is very delicious. Wanna thnx to them for help us and for delicious food. God bless you all

Sara and azan the staff here are the best… took really good care of us… the food was really amazing and the hospitality was the best… must recommended

Food was ok.
Goat karahi & chicken haandi were good.
Bbq sizzler was just alright
Few of the naan were also burnt
They're open late so probably only worth going to if other places have closed
