They must be some super urgent plants!

Awesome prices and Dan will do deals for multiple purchases. Good communication when ordering plants. Used them for the last 3 years for my landscape business and I no longer bother going to other nurseries.

Recommend by Avi, so must be all good.

The young girl at the entrance is extremely rude and aggressive! I was mistreated and had an unpleasant experience. She needs more training

Placed an order online 10th November. Never heard from anyone so I emailed asking about it on the 16th, today is now the 20th and still no response but the pending transaction has gone from my bank account.
I've emailed in the past asking a question which I never received a reply either.
Wouldn't recommend for small business

Drives along main roads repeatedly spitting out of his ute window. I have never seen anyone spit so often.

Great to deal with, customer service is always on point. I am always pleased with the variety of plants on offer and will certainly continue to shop here in the future.

Had quite a number of issues trying to place my order online, so tried via email and over the phone for customer service to contact me to take my order over the phone.

My efforts went unnoticed for a few days but today Sally from reception was able to fulfill my order personally and am grateful that I was finally able to order my plants.

Great variety of stock, brilliant staff and terrific prices. Having been buying from them for years and have never been dissapointed.

Incredibly rude staff member. Was told I was not allowed to be there and that they are a wholesaler not retailer. Was then instructed to go up the road to another business who is a retailer to purchase plants. Although I registered an account with them I will not be spending any of my money with such terrible customer service. Also if you have kids don't go, they are not allowed on the premises.

If kids aren’t allowed on site it should be stated on website. Rather than having to drive for a whole hour to get there, then be told kids aren’t allowed. What a waste of a trip. If a child is being supervised by both parents there shouldn’t be a issue.

Staff are always friendly but it's dissapointing when a regular wholesaler you buy off changes it's buying structure to alienate the smaller businesses who don't need 10 of the same thing or only need limited stock under $100, which they won't sell you. Tried to buy $90 of plants as they didn't have the other items I needed and was turned down Been buy off them regularily for 8 years till now. Waste of a trip - go to Landscape link around the corner, at least you can buy what you need there and they value your business, no matter how small.

Dan and Peg are such wonderful people. Huge selection too. Ask Dan anything you want about plants, he's been in the business his whole life. This place is our go to for all things plants.
