Top professional. Returned my call and spent 10mins on explaining his process and what he'd do in my situation showing genuine interest in solving the problem with my best interest! Not with the intention to win business. I'd definitely reach out again if I face with any tough IT issues.

May 2022: Danny is a superstar. My computer hard drive failed completely. Danny not only was able to come that day, he organised a replacement AND coordinated the reinstalment of all that the computer had had previously. Once he was done, I was looking at the same desktop and able to resume working, having lost no data or client information.
He is extremely well priced and willing to go the extra mile to ensure he finds the right result for you. Thanks again Danny!

My PC had been compromised and required a clean install of Windows 10 as well as an appropriate AV solution. Danny was a great help with advice and promptly installing Windows to my requirements.
