I've been listening to DK's podcasts since 2018 and he has made fitness and nutrition so easy to understand. I know exactly how to achieve peak performance from my body, how to fuel it and where my mindset needs to be. He has also interviewed so many progressive and enlightened guests who have broadened my way of thinking and what I am capable of. He is straight forward and tells it like it is. I have recommended Danny to everyone I know who is looking to improve their health and fitness.

Dan Kennedy is truly one of a kind. Unlike some of the other so called “fitness coaches” out there, Danny truly meets people where they’re at and provides them with real, actionable information. Danny Kennedy is a great trainer whose podcast I started listening to when I wanted to get in shape. I immediately felt a connection and felt that his advice was actually realistic as opposed to many ridiculous fad diets and insane workout plans. I followed his advice when it came to macros in my diet and immediately saw results. I highly recommend him as a valuable fitness resource.

I love listening to Danny's podcast episodes on my walk each morning. It's a great way to start the day and feel more motivated to work toward a goal. If you contact Danny, he'll get back to you too as he's genuinely interested in connected with his followers. In a time where we are inundated with content and saturated with misinformation, Danny Kennedy is a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend listening to his podcasts and perhaps start with some of the ones where it's just him talking with no guests. You'll really be able to get a sense of his fun personality and sincere commitment to his mission.

Been training with Dan for around 2 years now and I can honestly say there is not a more professional, understanding and passionate trainer you could find.

Dan's motivation comes from his willingness and commitment to see others succeed and that is why day in and day out you get the best experience possible from this trainer.

I’ve followed Danny as a PT as well as taken on board his expertise knowledge since KIC bought him on board! He has not only taught me so much about training and nutrition (enough to eventually move on from KIC and do my own thing) but also changed my mindset and approach to health and wellness as a full whilst earning full results. Truly fkin amazing guy

I was part of Danny’s online nutrition program. He was great at keeping me in check and I was able to hit my goals because of the weekly accountability. Danny is very encouraging and is great at what he does.
