Daniel's Donuts Roxburgh Park

6: 30pm-7 oct 2023. No one insight to serve us. 10-15 minutes and still no-one to be seen in and around but all lights were on and donuts & pies were out. Not sure what was going on at the time but your store was unattended for quite sometime.

Very unprofessional customer service, the staff member laughed at me when I couldn't read out the donuts name properly.
Also donuts weren't fresh, very dry

Worst experience/customer service in Melbourne. 7.30pm arrived to a sign that said back in 30 minutes. Came back at 8.30 to a empty store, all dognuts thrown out. Questioned the staff member as to where all the dognuts were only to receive a smug reply that they were all thrown out. Upon asking why they were throw out at 8.30 when the store closed at 9 she replied that they close at 8.40. No name was given by the staff member only attitude. Will never go here again. You can jam your dognuts Daniel.

After waiting to be served for at least 15mins. Got asked by the girl working inside if I was uber. (she also asked the same to the lady waiting for her coffee with 3 kids before me). Finally at 8: 32 she asked me what do I want. Asked for coffee to which she said sorry can't serve coffee after 8: 30. I mean really. Truly pathetic customer service. Untrained staff. Also, probably she was either on a call or listening music with hands free on. PS nothing wrong with the quality of coffee and doughnut they serve.

Unprofessional customer service!
The girls were busy talking and using their phones while I was waiting for my coffee to be ready. One of the girls came up saying did you order a coffee and I did say yes! She didn’t even do it, she kept talking with the other girl!

Never going back!

Coffee does not taste bad, they also dont have decaffe which I am always looking for But one of worst place to get a coffee. I buy a cup everyday sometimes even twice a day. All the girls there are mostly busy with their phones and when ask for where is my coffee they say the order has not pop up.
Every other week the cup lids start leaking.
There is one other option for coffee in this area but dont know which one of them is worst than the other.

No matter how delicious are their donuts, their customer service is horrific, they need to hire more people to get 5 stars!

Hi I buy my coffee / cream and jam don't religiously Monday to Friday great coffee and fresh donut's but when young worker's make my coffee it's like drinking hot milk so I only pop in when Eva is working

Took 2 of my cousins there for some donuts. We got a box of 6 with some shakes and a coffee. They were absolutely epic donuts and my cousins tell me their shakes were great.

What an amazing service and person Eva is. She looks after her customers really well. Thank you Eva, will come back again.

I recommend! Daniels donuts coffee is a must for coffee lovers! The service is sensational especially by Eva. Eva makes the best lattes, absolutely satisfying. If you like your coffee then this place is a must-visit! Also you must try the mars donut will not disappoint!

Staff was so rude. I want Thursday on 23 of June around 5 they talking with each other they don’t care about the customer. I was regular client to donut Roxburgh park Sometime I served with another staff they are so good and friendly but today there are one guy he is tall and big cap on his head and another boy working they so rude never go over there in future when they are working because there customer service is zero.feeling so bad for the owner who is paying high and losing the customer by providing the zero customer service by his employees. I am all the time in shopping centre they were rude to few another people as well they don’t care about the customer just ignored them.

Thank you to the tall islander guy & 2 beautiful girls for the lovely donuts & coffees today. Service was friendly, professional and with a smile. Will be coming back.

My experience as a customer at this store has been amazing so far. The employee Eva is very helpful, kind and generous. She serves fantastic high quality coffee which keeps me coming back. I recommend visiting this place for a morning coffee and some amazing donuts.

Donuts are absolutely delicious. The freshest& satisfying I've ever tasted. Staff are amazing, but the one who makes my mornings is the shining star with a beautiful soul Eva. The best Barista with brilliant Customer service skills. She deserves to be awarded for her hard work

They prioritise people they know. I was served first with no one else in sight while the girl was doing dishes. Yet the person after me who knew the girl had his coffees made first, very slowly. 10 mins later I get mine. Just like that im not ordering my weekend coffees there anymore. Looking forward to see what store replaces this one.
