21Ordered delivery of a chicken and leak pie and 2 lemon cheesecake donuts (with a Coke). Only received 1 donut and the pie was a curry pie which I can't eat. How badly can you stuff up an order!
Good donuts. Pretty disappointed when I went to go in at 7: 20pm to find out the doors are locked and they’re not “open”. But on the website it says they’re open until 9pm…
Small suggestion to perhaps fix that online. False advertisement.
Not to mention, the donut racks where still rather full.
We go to Daniels once a weeks as our treat. Today we got ignored by 2 staff that were busy chatting. The 3rd acknowledged us and then went straight back to their phone. We thought we could order and tried but we’re ignored by all. We left as we got an “Ahh okay…. ” from the same staff that just ignored us. Great doughnut’s, APPALLING ATTITUDE AND SERVICE.
First time trying Daniel's Donuts. Delicious Donuts and Sensational coffee. Customer service was impeccable. I'll be back.
Kids favourite place for the school holidays. Open until 9 good treat for the kids to get them to behave whilst shopping, staff are enjoyable I recommend
Amazing staff and a huge selection of doughnuts. Some good some bad but that's just my taste. Staff are so friendly tho and the manager there was very helpful and knowledgeable about all their products. She was very passionate

The donuts were good, BUT.the music in the store was so LOUD, I had to shout to the person working there.
To be honest, even if the donuts were FREE I wouldn't go back there again.
I want to be able to hear myself talk and I want to be able to hear the person serving me.
The donuts were so yummy and the staff were amazing! My husband and I also tried the shakes there and they were so good! Will definitely be going back ^^

Best donuts in Bendigo. Friendly staff and clean shop. Popular donuts can sell out so best to go earlier in the day as all the donuts are fresh and restocked daily.
Say it closes at 9. Just went at 8: 30pm and the doors are locked. People still inside ordering. Not happy. Never going back
Just went to Daniels for the first time and OH MY GOD they were playing kpop which is my favourite genre of music. It was so boppy and the vibes were amazing! The girls that served me were so nice dont even get me started on the donuts they were SO good I’m totally going back this place was everything I had hoped it to be.
Option to order at counter as well as screen was appreciated. Donut I had (jam and cream) was yum. Lost 1 star for the long wait for a coffee, when there were literally 3 people standing in store.maybe put on another staff member at lunchtime? Thanks though, will be back.
Seriously tasty doughnuts, milkshakes and chiptunes served by friendly staff are my kind of happy meal
Ordered via uber eats. Restaurant accepted my order, waited 30 mins for the delivery driver to get there - just for a staff member to be waiting out the front to tell him they were closed. Why accept the order? Why not call anyone and instead waste both mine and the delivery drivers time? And money? Bewildered by this (and still hungry an hour later)
Great tasting food and drinks. If you go when it’s busy, skip the kiosks and order straight from the friendly staff. The counter orders are obviously prioritised, as I waited 20 minutes for my drink even though at least 3 drinks that were ordered after me came out in a much shorter amount of time.
Our donuts were stale, not sure if we will try again.but these weren't better than what they sell at the supermarket.
Staff are amazing and the doughnuts are amazing. I’ll be definitely going back and they do hot food. The pie was nice
Absolutely enjoying their fresh donuts and so many different flavours that every one would find something to their taste. Also had a latte with my first donut and it went down well too! Lovely friendly staff
