Daniel's Donuts Greensborough

I waited 15 minutes past opening time and still no staff there. Update your opening times if you aren’t going to be open at 6: 30am.

Great to find another Daniel's locally. Tried the pies here recently and pleasantly surprised. The nicest flakey pastry I can remember having. Doughnuts are always nice and consistent. Milkshakes are delicious too.

Ordered vegan because of anaphylaxis to dairy and staff used dairy based chocolate. My daughter had an anaphylaxis, administered epeipen and currently recovering from an anaphylaxis. Staff were completely disinterested in the fact that they could have caused a death! Poor form

Love this store! Such a good location and the staff are always smiling. Coffee is delicious and you won’t run out of doughnut options! Definitely go check it out!

Everything was okay without the loud music. I will suggest to give sound control to the employees because when I was asking her to down the volume, she was saying she can’t do it. Thanks.

Doughnuts didn't taste fresh like other stores, they tasted refrigerated over night, not light and fluffy like what I'm used too, coffee was also bitter and not good. Disappointing overall.

Terrible experience. I came in days before my wife's birthday to order donuts and when I came back on the day to pick them up, they opened the shop 20mn late so I had to waste time waiting outside then when they finally opened they told me they had no idea where my order was and some of the specific donuts I had ordered (and paid for) weren't even available.

We called in whilst walking past on Sunday afternoon. There were three staff working, and it seemed that all were serving online orders. The people in the store were left standing around. In the 15 minutes that we were waiting for service, there were others who came and went. Perhaps one of the three staff could be dedicated to customer service for those in the shop to avoid losing business? Otherwise you don't need a store front if you are not going to serve the walk in customers.

Vibes were immaculate, good taste in music and fantastic service.
Coffee was well made. Definitely my new go to place for my lunch breaks. Thanks for opening in Greensborough

Turn off your loud music that is supposedly meant to attract customers spewing out onto main st. It's verbal diahreah. How would you like it if a preacher was out the front with a loud speaker Interrupting your business?

Great store! Really clean and good atmosphere, staff are friendly and efficient and the manager is super helpful. Definitely recommend
