Daniel's Donuts reviews
23These guys do not know how to make coffee, like, at all. Twice. Doughnut tasted stale. Not sure why they are still here?
Donuts are absolutey amazing they always seem fresh.i got a $3 coffee was a little bit milky but i didn't mind this.please keep it up peeps
The lovely store assistant with purple hair helped me with my choices of doughnut. I had the ambient lemon and coconut. It was a risk but paid off and was delicious! The lemon curd was really good. Thanks for the recommendation.
Love your doughnuts! But has been like months that I haven’t been able to get my favourite pistachio donut
Went here yesterday 25 Jan while at eastland having diabetes my sugar level was low and I was feeling sick and needed something so thought I would get a donut was in line there was 5 People in front of us and the line was going no where the girl working was walking around like she had no Idea what she was doing being a big shopping centre and super busy they should have more than one person working. It took her 10 minutes to serve 2 people and all they got was a 4 pack of donuts I couldn't stand there anymore with my sugar level being low so we just walked off and I got a chocolate bar from kmart
Received stale donuts from this store yesterday, all 6 donuts were inedible and wasted $21.submitted a complaint to headoffice.
I bought 6 donuts few months ago. I asked for a carry bag, I’m not trying to get it free.one of the thiccc girl told me ‘2 dollars each, do you want one? ’
I am trying to help the environment and bring my own box (previously accepted) but just got rejected today due to the staff saying "cross contamination" on the Tongs. The red cycle system is already breaking down and yet we have these type of excuse to stop us helping as much as possible. (PS. The staff wasn't wearing a mask either). I hope Daniel's Donuts management can reconsider this and provide suitable training (I would thought wiping / washing the Tongs is much better than using an extra box that cost Daniel's Donuts money and the environment). Otherwise I wish the management's kids and grand kids a good future.
She shop itself is great but Bunch of teenagers working here, no customer service, always make a mistake
Such a shame.
Donuts are OK; however, the Coffee - very hot than usual, an indication that the milk has been burnt.
I suggest training your staff to produce coffee that is well within the ideal temperature. I read your reply to a recent review that your milk is steamed using a machine which is set to reach 65 degrees. I think this is lame and low to blame the machine. Troubleshoot the machine if it steams at the correct temperature; better yet, train your staff to steam the milk correctly manually.
Ordered donuts and coffee via the kiosk and coffee came quick. They were not doing much just chatting to each other. After waiting 20mins, i went and spoke to them. Packed the stuff for me and said it’s systems issue
The young lady that serves here is rude. She had no patience to wait for me to decide the order and kept pestering, how many, how many!
If you like your tongue to get burnt then this is the place to go to. The staff who made our coffees is obviously inadequately trained. We could barely touch our take away cups and any coffee lover would know what the ideal mouth feel temp is when steaming milk!
The young lady staff was not even apologetic when we approached her. Her excuse was, she’s only been there for 4 weeks and has been working since 630am. Note, arrogantly asked us what temp we wanted and when we asked her back if she had a thermometer, she said there was none (WTH) ? We asked for a refund and went elsewhere.
Donuts are overrated. Coffee is bad, service worst!
Amazing donuts and wide selection of flavours! Was also very convenient being able to have them delivered. The sister & I shared a box of six between us and we thoroughly enjoyed indulging in the food.
Waited over half an hour for 2 milk shakes and donuts, mind you this was at 5: 30 so not busy at all. The girls behind the counter were just mucking around eating pies and not actually making our order. Terrible service!
Best donuts I ever had?
Absolutely.
The cream filled donuts were heaven!
So sad to see the glazed Nutella donut discontinued from your menu. I’m not a fan of the icing sugar topped one. Also the machine where you order and pay still shows it as available so once paid they tell you the donut isn’t available. Very slow service the last time I went and it was super busy.
Coffee tasted terrible did not even taste like coffee. Tossed in bin. Found out later son and partner tossed same reason. We will never go back ever.
I love DD when the first opened in Springvale! Great to have another outlet to purchase from. Fresh creme & jam donuts ftw! Lost a star because it's not always as fresh as Springvale.
Good range of choices, very yummy just except a few types. Overall very happy and satisfied with these donuts.
