So disappointed in the pies weren't hot, tasted nothing like nz pies, not even my kids would eat them we ended up throwing them all out for my dog very disappointed wont be coming bk ever again. Waste of time and money sat in line forever.

What kinda donut business throws out all their donuts half an hour before they close? Swriously, why throw away all remaining donuts at 11.30, when you close at midnight? Well, I know the answer; because I had seen the staff cleaning the shelves, and waiting to leave at exactly midnight. Can't really be expected to work even a second past midnight, if you threw away all your sellable products half an hour before closing. Genius, in a way, but made my 45 minute journey to this store with a car full of people, become very disappointing.

If you're not afraid of sugar, go for these! Chocolate and marshmallow donuts to die for!

This is the worst restaurant ever I ordered pistachio donuts and they sent me different donuts and didn’t have curtesy to call me before sending different item to the customer and I been calling them not even responding and this shows their arrogance towards the customer.

Delicious donuts. It's even better when you can get 2 boxes for $22.

Update: has just gotten too expensive! $22 for one box of donuts now. I could make 40 donuts for $22.

I ordered coffee cappuccino almond
It came after 20 minutes
Really bad froth it was very hot which I didint ask
And I paid fee which it's not even worth it

Deserves 10 stars! Wow. Perfect pie pepper steak followed by jam donut. Perfect coating of sugar and Perfect amount of jam inside glade I found you guys lol

The potato top pie is amazing with tasty meat filling and beautiful mash on top. 10/10. Ive also had the biscoff donut, so fresh and morish and my other purchase was a vanilla slice, again another tasty treat. I'll be back for more and to work my way through the menu. Friendly staff and quick service.

A disappointing visit today. Poorly trained unsupervised junior staff, older man did not want to be serving in the front of a full shop. Donuts were STALE. Pie and pastie were very nice

My Partner and I have been coming here for months when it was Daniels donuteria and would bring our fur baby for her Saturday walks while my partner got his coffee. The staff were always so lovely and would love seeing our dog and above all else would graciously allow my partner to stand at the entrance so he could pay for his coffee (they would bring the EFTPOS machine to him so he could tap his card). Such a quick and easy process and we loved coming here for this reason!
NOW ever since it's changed over to a Daniels Donuts, twice now he has gone and been told that he cannot be served because he has a dog with him. I actually cannot fathom why as it was never an issue before. Unfortunately will not be coming here again and for anyone considering taking your fur baby with you as a pit stop on your walk, don't.

I used to love going there. But after getting 6 Nutella donuts yesterday will not go back. We definitely were given old Nutella donuts and tasted absolutely horrible and so dry

Stale and inedible. Never thought I’d say but daniels donuts taking back over is the worst thing that could of happened in this space. Surely this is a poorly ran franchise not just getting to big and forgetting the basics. Either way very disappointing. Tried calling to complain and no one would answer the phone.

Horrible experience. Their pies - all gravy, no meat and at $6.50 each, a rip off. Must have thrown the meat in from 30feet away coz there certainly was very little, if none, in the 2 pies I purchased. Won't be calling in again that's for sure.

I went to Daniels Donuts last week and got pies For lunch I got the New Zealand smokey beef egg cheese onion Pie and a pepper stake for hubby.l started eating my pie and it tasted just like an egg pie so l thought the girl gave me the wrong pie. So this week l go back again order the same pie get home exactly the same.not sure where the smokey beef, cheese and onoin is all you can taste is egg, good if you want an egg pie but really disappointing if you are looking for the smokey beef, onion and cheese taste deffinately isn't there.

Consistently freaking Amaaaazing. Donuts are triple the size of the anorexic donuts everyone else has for the same price. Presented in true retro Daniel Donuts style and Customer service was on point today ladies - well done and welcome back

Whats going on with donuts half the size and now dearer.
The lamb and vegie pie was always the best around. Not anymore.
Wouldn't give it to my dog.
Chunks of fat and grissle riddled through it. New owners have destroyed this place.
Dissapointed.

The pies are overpriced and my chunky steak & cheese had maybe 2 pieces of chunky steak. It's mostly just the gravy sauce or whatever it is.

The best donuts in werribee. Selection is amazing. My favourite is the lemon meringue.
Pie selection is worth it for a quick bite.
