Dangerfield

I'd always been curious about this place and finally visited there.
If only I was a heap younger, I'd be definitely buying some of my wardrobe from here. I even got my 80-year-old mum to try on some amazing sunglasses!

To whoever overstocked the two front rails at the front of the store SHAME ON YOU. I watched the poor employee last night have to pick up all of the stock after the rail toppled over in front of her as she was trying to close up shop. She said that she was okay thankfully but sadly exclaimed that it was not the first time it had happened to her this week. She was still able to point me out in the direction of stock I needed while dealing with the rail. God bless this young girl.

Staff are lovely- except for the Sweetie and Honey terms used to address senior customers. This store is so over with stock- you cannot see the stock as the items are crammed into the racks. I watch a mother with a pram give up -she could not move down the floor space! The change rooms are dark and almost impossible to see what you try on! It's like a dark dudgeon in the bowels of Chadstone.

Very busy store, staff are pleasant. However, it is hard to engage due to the volume of people in the shop.

The customer service in this store is usually amazing but I went in the other day and was completely ignored by the employee with short blond hair and pink ends whom I believe is the manager. When I was finally acknowledged, I was met with hostility and disinterest and again left to my own devices until the lovely Kilian arrived and was able to assist me.
I also overheard the blond employee speaking quite rudely and aggresively to staff, a work environment no one should have to put up with.

Most lovely, supportive and considerate employees. Always happy to help with sizing, hype you up in an outfit and have a good laugh.
The new shift manager Georgia is an absolute god and so enthusiastic to make your experience fantastic.
(Kael and Ramona absolutely slay as well btw!)

The most brilliant customer service from Georgia! I went in hoping to find a skirt that was sold out online in my size, she called 11 stores to help me find it while also managing to serve other customers - she managed to get me the skirt as well <3 truly an angel

You will need to rummage, a lot of stock crammed into a small shop - staff very helpful & friendly!

The staff are so supportive and sweet got the same dress as the person who helped me pick outfits was super patient and lovely! The cherry style dressed twins were so king and I must say will be missed dearly, but still congratulations!
Had a nice giggle with my missing train ticket and will forever love coming to the shop!

Dangerfield is, in one word, dangerous to me because I can't leave that store without buying something. The sales are great and have multiple sizes on sale, which isn't very common as usually sale items are the very small or very large sizes, so it's a treat to find sale items in my size! Super friendly staff. Love their stuff!

Great and unique clothes, friendly staff and decent overall vibes, however the prices are very, very high.

Excellent service and clothing range. From punk/ goth to girlie mod and indie. Great service and helpful, friendly staff. I like plaid/ tartan and dress with an edge. My friend likes feminine and flowers, and yet we can both find our style at Dangerfield. Something cool for Everyone!

I love the Excellent selection of clothing found at Dangerfield & the Chady store has truly lovely staff that are really helpful & friendly. The slim tall blonde dude is extremely helpful & a genuinely cool person. Thanx to all at D. F for all your help with size swaps and holding items for me! You are a really brilliant team D. Liam and Izzy are the dream team! They were incredibly friendly and bubbly, both on the phone and in store. They took care of me during my decision making, checked on me in the change room, and made my experience at Dangerfield Chadstone a wonderful time. I want to make sure they get the recognition they deserve as expert retail workers. I'm never shopping at different Dangerfield store again - this store and its team are unbeatable.

I've shopped at this location for over 6 years and I love everyone there, the fashion, style and colours! I was a young teen unable to express myself through clothing until my mum introduced me to Dangerfield. The first dress I ever got was a birthday gift from her, a green one with brown owls. Its so worn and old now but I keep it in my wardrobe as it's special. Dangetield taught me to express myself and live authentically in bright colours and patterns that reflect me! And I can't thank you guys enough. I've recently moved to New Zealand so unfortunatly I won't be trading at this location anymore but I'll always be a DF customer, so thank you!
