Dangerfield

Went to Dangerfield with some friends and was there for a total of 45 minutes. How much assistance did we receive? Absolutely nothing. All we got were death glares and eye rolls. You’d have thought we killed someone. When we asked for assistance, nothing happened but a “meh”. As we left, the death glares followed. Made me feel very unwelcome. I’ve gotten better service at a cemetery

I wish they had this store around when I was in my teens.
The staff are always helpful and friendly.

Absolutely amazing staff! Danni went above & beyond for me to help me find an outfit. Nothing was to hard, she went out the back looking for things, when they weren’t a good fit she would help me find something else. She ended up picking me out the sweetest little outfit. Thank you. Will definitely be returning, your customer service was the best! P.s - love so many of the clothes! Definitely the place to go for alternative wear.

The staff are always incredibly lovely and helpful whenever i go in.the young girl emaleigh has helped me the last few times (today included) and she has been absolutely brilliant every-time < 3

Only reason I dropped a star was because their phone line got cut by the tradies accidentally while doing maintenance and hasn't been fixed and I couldn't get through. Not sure if that's just a Christmas excuse to not have the phone ringing off the hook or not but THAT ASIDE, the staff in there were absolutely amazing! Ready to help with my every request and fetching the items from across the store for me, checking out the back for other sizes and super polite and cheerful. Shop atmosphere was fantastic with an awesome array of clothing and accessory options. Will definitely be back.

Went in to by the wife a Christmas present this morning and sent 15 minutes walking around and looking. The girl behind the counter seemed to be glued there and didn’t move when I asked for help it seemed too much trouble for her so I left. Never to go back rather spend money and a shop where people care

Shopped in there 2 weeks ago on a Friday night.
My daughter snd I were there for an outfit to wear.
The two girls sat snd ate behind the counter while we shopped and I even made it pretty clear that a different size was needed and neither offered help.
My daughter tried several outfits on and nooneassisted until I literally approached them.
They spoke to us after realising what amount were were spending.

Such a terrible experience and customer service!

Emailed them 26/09/2022 because they sent me the wrong item and I wanted to know how we could fix it up. It's now a month later, I've tried emailing a few times and they have not responded at all.

This shop is absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond this afternoon to help me find that perfect something. Could not have asked for better service.

I love this shop, the people working there are such lovely people wish every shop I went to had beautiful souls like them working there ️️️

I’ve always loved the brand, but the team at Dangerfield Geelong take the experience to a whole new level.
They’re helpful, offer constructive feedback & will (kindly) tell you if they think another piece might suit you better.
They’ve made my day better many times over.
Can’t wait to see the expanded store coming soon.

Went on a haul today at dangerfield, absolutely perfect customer service, the trainee who helped serve me did a great job and the clothes are SUPER comfy and meet all of my expectations! Highly recommend this place, especially the pride collection

Not only are the clothes so cute, but the people in the Geelong store I went to yesterday were so kind and welcoming and helped me so much when I came in with little to no idea of what I was looking for. They were so so amazing and I felt so comfortable which is something that’s incredibly new for me in clothing stores. I have never had a better experience.

The staff are the loveliest people I've ever come across, i could spend hours chatting to them.

We shopped at Dangerfield today and couldn't be happier with the service. The two young ladies on duty were extremely helpful. I would recommend this store highly.

My girls and I stumbled on this store just yesterday (can anyone say lockdown) … we have been raving about it ever since. I even put this on my Facebook page “ Yesterday, the girls and I went shopping. We immediately stumbled on a store that caught all of our eye, and we went in to browse.
What kept us in there for the next hour (yes really) was the incredible customer service of the service people in there. (as well as the range, the colours and designs of the clothing - so different from other stores)
The staff were exceptionally engaging, warm, friendly and didn’t just ask “do you need help? ” But rather “would you alter me to select a few items that I think you might like? ”
They checked how we would like to be addressed (our pronouns). They immediately latched onto the style of each of my girls and picked out a few items (both girls are very very different in style).
They made suggestions, encouraged, engaged, and the store did not just cater for size 6 as many do, they had a fantastic range of sizing as well as style.
Both girls walked out with their love tanks and arms full (and I got a cute overall as well!)
The shop was *Dangerfield* in Westfield Geelong, all clothes made in Melbourne, with input from staff apparently. And all the items have POCkETS! Pockets in dresses, pockets in sorts, pockets in overalls and pinafores! 10/10 experience and we will be back

One of my friends introduced me to this place and I'm glad they did. This has so many unique items of clothing so you can mix and match to your heart's content. Really good quality and the staff are one of the most friendly bunch of people I have ever met. Keep up the amazing work!

Love the clothes and sales assistants are super helpful. It is a small and somewhat cramped shop - so probably not the place for a pram or trolley

All I can say is, we will be back for more fun shopping experiences, the customer service was outstanding,
