11Went to the store to get some out of ordinary bolt, The gentleman help me to get the correct part and not even charge for the part, gave me for free.
I had a good experience at Dandy Bolts today! I firstly rang and asked if they had what I was looking for & I was pleasantly greeted & helped by the young lady that answered the phone. When l went in to the shop, again I was greeted pleasantly and served efficiently by the knowledgeable gentleman behind the counter.
What I asked for was a bit out of the ordinary, i'd imagine, as it was a small order, in size and amount as well, but I was served diligently, with no questions asked! So a pleasant experience throughout! Thank you!
I left feeling like a second class citizen. I have had 4 deliveries from you, including 1 last month but the fact I was completely ignored of this and was gas lighted is the reason I left 1 star. If you had have said yoh can't do it anymore, I would have understood

Can't say enough about Edward, I droppedin yesterday arvo, Edward is so knowledgeable, freindly and always willing to assist, even when ther r a few customers Edward is cool under pressure, Ihighly recommend DANDY BOLTS, no one comes close, have a safe Queens Bday weekend. I drives 45 minutes during business hours to collect specific fasteners for a project I'm undertaking.
Store look abandoned, door locked but somebody was behind the counter. Wouldn't open the door or answer the business phone.
Pathetic.
Called in advance to ensure I could come in before closing time to source some bolts and tools. Made the 35 minute car trip to arrive to the person working inside with the door closed. They refused to answer the phone or answer multiple customers at the door, even though it was 300PM, yet your designated hours state you close at 430PM.
Poor approach to running a business, wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Have been going to dandy bolts over a long time, but must say Ed you do a great job.
Sometimes there is a queue but Ed gets everyone served in a very short time.
Fast efficient service.
