Dandenong West Medical Centre

This was my first visit to this place and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised to find everything nice and clean.

Legitimately the worst clinic I've ever had the displeasure of having to attend. Expect to wait at LEAST an hour after your scheduled time. Very suspicious to see all these 5-star reviews, especially the "low wait time" and "got an appointment on Sunday" (always closed on Sunday) ones.
One time I had an appointment scheduled for 8: 30am. The doctor didn't even enter the building until 9am.
Another time I arrived just before the scheduled time and saw Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (1971) start playing on the waiting room TV. The entire movie had finished before I was seen.

From the friendly and attentive staff to the great and kind doctor, everything was top-notch. I was able to pinpoint my problems with ease and was given the necessary treatment promptly. Overall, I had a great experience with a short wait time.

The Dandenong West Medical Centre is a very good practice and I had no problem getting appointments that suited me.

I don't usually leave reviews but the staff at Dandenong West Medical Centre
provided top-notch care when I went in for a check up.

Dr Anilkumar is on the ball, efficient, a good listener and explains everything well. I'd, recommend him in a heartbeat.

The team at Dandenong West Medical Centre are a real pleasure to deal with,
always helpful and efficient. Dr Qasim knows his stuff and I always feel welcome and
not rushed.

Dr Peter is a top-notch doctor. He's thorough and gives great explanations about his
findings. I'd recommend him to anyone.

My mum and I have been seeing Dr Peter for as long as I can remember and we've
never been disappointed. He's always so thorough and makes sure we understand
everything. The reception ladies are also great.

The staff are really friendly and the treatment from the doctors and nurses is
fantastic. I'm so glad I found Dr Dilan. I always leave his clinic feeling like I've been
properly looked after and heard.

I feel supported by Dr Qassim on my health journey. He's open minded and willing to listen. All the doctors and staff are friendly and supportive.

Super friendly receptionists and professional doctors who take the time to listen to your concerns and don't rush you out the door like you're just a number.

It's ok if you live close by, the staff is "moody" it's on your luck how you're going to be treated!

I am curious to meet this aggressive rude receptionist everyone keeps mentioning, maybe I'll go in 1 day and say hi.

This clinic has the most rudest reception. OMG get some training. Why on earth are you employed serving p8blic if you have no people skills. RUDE. You don't deserve my 1 star but I can post my review with choosing it. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND LOW CLASS MANNERS ON PHONE

Lovely and friendly staff. Warm and inviting environment. Highly recommened as the doctors take the time to look after their patients

Great staff who are very helpful and compassionate. They are Bulk billing, so no out of pocket costs to see the doctor, but sometimes wait times can be a bit longer than expected. However, that's probably because you get the time you need with the doctor. Would recommend:)

My family has been seeing doctors at this clinic for about 8 years now. All the doctors have been lovely & thorough, never once did I feel rushed out the door as I have with other clinics. The waiting times are not too bad, I have waited much longer in other clinics & see wait times indicative of the time doctors spend with other patients, some requiring urgent care or a bit of unforseen time to be allocated, I understand that as I have been one of those patients.

I've been seeing Dr Carman for a couple years now, she is such a great doctor. Staff here are lovely and helpful aswell
