Picked up a 2015 Hyandai sonata and I must say the service and professionalism was excellent. I was looked after by shaz and he made sure the process was smooth and easy. Great service team!

Picked up my new Kia Sportage 2022 from Dandenong Kia today. I can’t thank Darren and Ryan enough for their help in making this happen. Their service was 2nd to none and I highly recommend. Thanks guys.

Went to Dandenong Kia this morning with the intention to buy a brand new Sportage. Didn't have many in stock which is fair enough, but the one that the salesman showed us was an SX model with aftermarket wheels and weather shields. We were told that it's a special 'Hussla' edition and wanted to charge $69,000 for that model. It was an SX model base with nothing fancy except for those minor additions which they were charging $20k on top of the price of a brand new one. The salesman was arrogant and didn't know what he was talking about, constantly saying to "just order a brand new one then. " Because of this experience we would not recommend Kia Dandenong to anyone.

I am always blown away by the service provided by Naz and Kia Dandenong. We have been with Naz for the past 11 years and we have gotten a few cars with him. There's nothing to be disappointed with his Top level Service! His gentle ways will always reassure you that everything is well taken care of and you have nothing to worry about. He ensures that whatever we needed, he will always try his best to deliver! And I vouch for his service. If you are looking for a real deal, look for him and you won't be disappointed! Thank you Naz for the wonderful service. We know you as a stranger and now You are not just our salesperson but we now regard you as a family.

Remember, if you pay peanuts, you will get monkeys. So if you are willing to spend for service, this is the place to be!

My brother, father and I went to kia Dandenong over the weekend. We wanted to test drive and then purchase a kia shortage for mum. We started speaking with a salesperson who told us that there was many available.understandable. He then took us over to see an sx model which is normally $49,000 then tried to trick us by saying this is a special model called the hustler edition with a price tag of $69,000. You may ask maybe there were $20,000 dollars worth of upgrades or special features so let me list them for you.
1. Hustler wheels - valued approx $1500
2. Plastic weathershield - valued approx $ 250
Yep that's it.so a dealership can change wheels and add a weathershield all of a sudden its a new edition worth 20k more.disgusting! To top it all off the salesperson was arrogant and had no idea what he was talking about especially when we started calling him out on the "hustler edition" this place is a joke and shame on kia for allowing this to happen.
Because of this experience I will not recommend anyone to shop at Kia Dandenong and be careful of these so called "hustler editions". Beware and be careful everyone!

I had the best experience buying my car from Shaz!
He went out of his way to ensure I had all of the information I needed, as he knew that Dandenong was a bit of a drive out for me. He sent me lots of videos and photos, increasing my confidence in the car and has very strong product knowledge.

Had a very bad experience today when picking up our new car. The salesman mixed up two cars of the same colour and model and sent us off with the wrong one. Resulting in us wasting the whole afternoon in order to go back and exchange it. The salesman was not particularly apologetic and insisted on us coming back right away to fix his mistake.

Communication has been poor throughout the whole buying experience and we got the impression that the salesman just wanted us to pay and be on our way. I understand that it is currently a seller’s market but this level of unprofessionalism and disregard for the client is really disappointing.

The team at Dandenong Kia Service are amazing. Patrick on many occasions has gone above and beyond for me. I really appreciate the way they treat and look after their customers. Keep up the great work!
