We ordered aluminium fence pickets, posts and gates from Kristina Jaffer (director) and her communication and service was great - email and phone. The quality of the materials was brilliant and the fence looks fantastic.

Extremely happy with the gates and the installers were an absolute delight to have working on our property. They were respectful, professional and accommodating at every stage and their workmanship and clean up and care of the job site is second to none.

OK, this is a review on their response only, e-mailed the requirements after a phone call, one week later no reply, called to see if they had received my email? Yes its here, another week on no reply, see ya! One month later still no reply.useless, avoid at all costs.

I rang for a quote. I emailed Christine details for the fence and electric gate. She said I would have a rough estimate later that day. Two weeks later still no reply. I rang again. The lady had my email in front of her. She said a Paul will ring me. Three weeks later still nothing. Does COVID-19 affect common courtesy?

Amazing experience,
Trying to organize at well build gate is hard especially when you live in Phillip Island but Paul and staff Dandenong Gate Company made it so easy. From sending him the measurements by Email to completion of the gate it was simple. The construction is professional, beautiful finish, color matched to our home and looks exactly like the website photo we were shown.
I went to pick it up and Paul would not let me go without it being secure and safe on my trailer. Friendly service, no fuss and a smile is the norm for Paul. Then months later i wanted it installed and again within 12 hours he arranged for it to be installed by Stuart (who is a great friendly guy), easy, professionally and well reinforced.
The job was done with no fuss and we are very happy with the finish.
I would have no hesitation to recommend them to anybody, you will not be disappointed. He is well and truly above anybody in his line of business, nobody else comes close to his service.

Received excellent service from the quoting stage. Was fair priced and was updated about the process of the gate installation from the office staff. Would definitely recommend.

I had a very heavy gate put on my driveway. The gate supplied is beautiful. I had ground movement. This effect the gate. Nothing ever goes 100%, Paul from DGC was very helpful in rectifying the issue I was experiencing, after service is extremely important. Paul and his team came out and fixed everything to my satisfaction thank you DGC price and satisfaction very good.

Terrible customer service. After not receiving the call back promised yesterday I rang back explained what I wanted and received a rude response by the heavily accented speaking lady who had difficulty comprehending my simple request of a single swing gate.
When I requested to speak with another person I was told that’s not possible?
Would not use these people In a fit!

The worst customer service ever! Kindly reminder, You’d better find another gate company. They don’t care doing your business.
