I had an excellent teeth-cleaning experience with Dr. Megan Khaw. She was very thorough and even gave me valuable tips on improving my oral hygiene. Reception excellent customer service.

8’m so grateful i booked my wisdom teeth removal with JT Dental Dandenong as i have received quality care and prompt reply from booking appointments, Dr Michael run me through steps and let me ask questions to relieve my anxiety from the procedures, I took 2 wisdom teeth out and it took me about an hour from the moment i sit to the moment i left the room, The calm demeanour also helped a lot. I had Josh for the first time and came for a general check up with 3 main reasons. After the check up, he answered all of my 3 concerns. With other dentists I have visited - they have always rushed through my concerns and didn't seem to genuinely care about my worries. However, Josh was very gently and actually listened to my concerns. I definitely recommend him!

Charged me full price for cleaning only half of my teeth and then when asked about next session they will charge ne again for cleaning the other half. This is a day light scam and robbery.when asked to call never call only message.poor customer service and complete unprofessional. Zero care for patients and money rip off.

The place wasn’t bad at the beginning but one dentist wouldn’t do at all or even begin root canal treatment without expensive orthodontic visit (Indian dentist). Another dentist tried to fix something and she totally didn’t do it. Third one that I saw (Chinese) she really has bad odour I felt sorry for her. Needles to say not going there anymore.

I got 3 porcelain veneers done. The two front and one next to the canine. The veneers turned out not so great. There was a problem that bothered me a lot: one of the two front teeth had a slight gap between the gum line and veneer. So I went back to Emily to fix this and she did. It was great except for the fact that she got blood mixed with the bonding and it had dried like that behind the veneer. So I went back for another appointment to fix this but it just got worse. Some of my veneer near the gum line was removed to get rid of the blood and she replaced it with bonding or whatever (never told me what she was doing she just did it).

Fast forward a few months (edited January 2023) I am finding it near impossible to live with the tooth. The top of the veneers she removed is staining and is constantly giving me migraines. So is the bulkiness of the other tooth. The past few months have been spent with constant migraines and tooth sensitivity. And it’s become extremely difficult for me to bite down on food.

What a lovely clinic. Staff are very friendly, as is Dr Mushgan. She was very gentle, I had the most pain free experience so far at a dentist, so I would definitely recommend to take your children there as well.

My family visited Dr. Mushgan for the 1st time over the weekend, she has got to be the most caring, thorough gentle dentist we have ever been to, she took her time with my children and made their 1st dental experience an excellent one, thankyou very much

Took my children for there first time visits to this dentist and they were really great and put my kids at ease and explained everything in a professional way. The receptionist was very friendly.

Took my dad for 2nd appointment to do deep clean at JT dental. Thank you Dr Mushgan for honest advices on gum diseases instead of giving general check up and took money like other dental place that we did not have good experiences with.

My wife introduced me to this dental clinic. I usually leave happy with the usual six monthly check and clean. Advice on teeth and gum management is usually provided. If I need lunch, I visit Brady Road Bakery across the road for their donuts and pies.

I have been attending this Dental Clinic for years and Emily and the Team always greet me with a warm smile and a chat on how I've been.
Emily always makes me feel comfortable and at ease whilst I am in the dentist chair.
I wouldn't want to go anywhere else and I hope Emily doesn't.

Dr Hena made my son feel extremely safe and comfortable. He is very afraid of the Dentist, but she was able to put him at ease.

Dani at reception is so friendly and the dentists and dental assistance are also fantastic especially with my three kids. They leave such an impression, my kids keep asking when they can go back to the dentist.
