22Good price and surprisingly they have the real charcoal barbeque. Staff are helpful and she came to check on us for a few times.
Charcoal just tastes better
We ordered:
? $89 wagyu & beef plate - Premium Mayura Wagyu (M8) + Hot & Spicy Diced Mayura Wagyu (M8) + Seasoned Angus Beef Brisket + Oyster Blade + vege (mushroom, zucchini, pineapple)
Complimentary dip sauces and side dishes
$6 Scallop with garlic and rice noodle x2
$12 Hot & Spicy Clams with rice Noodle
$11 Cucumber salad with garlic sauce
The charcoal was plenty and hot Big thanks to staff for helping with the multiple Mayura wagyu was dripping with fat and rendered nicely over the charcoal but my fave cut was the Seasoned Angus Beef Brisket The sauces are similar to KBBQ but differed by having sesame sauce and a chili cumin powder dip - super tasty and went well with the meat (might suit lamb even better). Preferred the clam noodle over the scallop as there was so many clams and good amount of - not too hot if you don't eat the chilis. The cucumber salad was fresh and garlicky, perfect to help cool down.
