Dancesport Kingdom

The Gatsby Ball was another wonderfully organised and fun event from Monica and the team at DanceSport Kingdom. Everyone looked amazing, the music and dancing was outstanding and the vibe as always was so welcoming. Thank you!

Had a fantastic time at Dancesport Kingdom's speak easy on Saturday night. Live music to dance to and a great cabaret show. The progressive charleston was lots of fun. Thank you Monica and Shane for a wonderful evening.

Friday night is for social dancing and I just love being part of the group at Dancesport Kingdom in Lilydale. I'm not a regular attendee but the group is so welcoming that I feel as though Im a regular.

The special Saturday night dance events are spectacularly good. Last weekend we attended a Gatsby dance at the DK Speakeasy.backdoor entry, secret password, prohibition sniffed at, era appropriate music (plus regular favourites) and dancing until you stop. The dedication to detail made the night a genuine 5 star time.

Congratulations to the organising group, or creative lady hostess! Very impressive.

Thank you for such a fun evening of dancing and entertainment at the Gatsby Ball. The effort that goes into these nights is amazing and I have never been disappointed, in fact I am always blown away by the detail that is done to have the evening themed so professionally. I also love that I actually know nearly every dance, and I don't feel intimidated by giving it a go, as everyone is so friendly.

An absolutely amazing night of fun, dancing, singing and friendship. A huge thank you to Monica and her team who orchestrated such a brilliant night. The costumes were wonderful and everyone was smiling!

Attended a Gatsby Night on Saturday with 10 others we had a fantastic night of dancing with a lot of fun, there were great costumes worn by all & the atmosphere made you feel you were back in a 1920's lounge club with singers & dancers a big tick & thank you to the management & staff of Dancesport Kingdom

The Gatsby Ball was so much fun. I didn't know many people but everyone was so friendly and there was plenty of dancing. The singers and floor show was great - very professional.
They go to so much trouble with the decorations - it was just fabulous. Thanks guys.

Put yourself in my situation to judge this:
The manger (and my coach) refunded me my last two classes without hearing my opinion about it, which is the rudest thing a manager could do to a costumer/student, then vaguely put many reasons of why she cannot teach me, such as height (which she said was NOT an issue) I don't know if they're transphobic there or not because I’m trans, neither do I care, I'm just not comfortable. The idea! Me traveling for more than an hour all the way there, ever so exhaustedly and passionately, just to dance. I am to change and I am to become the potential dancer they have missed. Heart breaking.

Great teachers combined with friendly social dancing on Friday nights. Caters for for anyone wanting to give dancing a go as well as experienced dancers
