I look forward to dance lessons every week, they free up my energy and it's a lovely feeling to dance with others to some great music. As our dancing improves we surprise ourselves and it's wonderful gliding across the floor getting the steps and moves right. Classes are well-paced, delivered at the right level for participants, and friendly - there's always time for a joke. Teachers RJ and Ali are great, totally approachable and very experienced. With regular low cost social dance nights including people from both teaching venues, there is plenty of opportunity to dress up a bit and enjoy just dancing.

Dance 4 Life is a fantastic dance studio for both beginners and more experienced people interested improving their dancing. It caters for all age groups in a friendly and supportive environment. Directors and dance instructors Ali and RJ are exceptional in both their teaching and in creating a welcoming environment, and encourage all members to progress at their own rates of learning. We have been members of this group for nearly two years and really look forward each week to our dance classes, plus the monthly Dance Social nights and special events organised by Ali and RJ. If you are bored sitting home at night, come and join us for some fun and exercise, and learn some new skills as well!

If you walk in as a total beginner or have years of experience, you are greeted to a relaxed friendly environment. RJ and Ali are experienced teachers who are positive, enthusiastic, supportive irrespective of your level and willing assist every step of the way on your dance journey. Dance 4 Life studios never gets easier, it just gets better.

My partner and I have a great time at D4L. I had to drag him to the first session, but now he is excited each week to learn new steps. I enjoy the social nature of the lessons and that our classes with RJ are so fun.

Been learning a few different styles for a couple of months, and the teachers are amazing! It's a lot of fun, I would highly recommend it to anyone.

We can't wait for our next class! It is such fun. The method is great and so one learns quickly. The instructors are brilliant and dedicated to making the whole experience as rich as possible. They make and post videos of every dance step. They do technique videos as well. Each month they organise dance evenings and other social events. Far more than a dance class this!

Ali and RJ are great fun, caring and excellent/experienced teachers. They take special care to tailor their teaching approach to the individual.

I've been to a few schools in my time and most just teach you moves to make you look good, but Ali and RJ have a very strong focus on fundamentals to make help you not only look good in dancing, but FEEL good to dance with! Kind of important in partner dances.

Highly recommended if you really want to learn how to dance well at any level; whether you're a total beginner or otherwise, and they have a beautiful modern studio to do it in too.

My wife and I have been learning under D4L for just under 2 years. We are of the older generation with a varied range of ages with the other students in classes. Rj and Ali are wonderful teachers. They make it fun and informative. We have improved so much in a short amount of time. Wish we had started this when we were so much younger.

I love dancing at Dance 4 Life - the teachers are patient and competent and the students are very welcoming. A wonderful community that I am proud to be part of. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Learning to follow and not anticipate was definately a challenge for me and RJ and Ali did work out the muscle memory from my legs and taught me to go with the flow. Awesome people and an awesome school!
