Have to say the customer service is outstanding!
Shout out to James and his knowledge of Champagne and Sparkling wine, he always gets the brief right.
Also he has the voice of an angel:)
Jy is another delightful team member, welcomed me as soon as I stepped inside and also completed my transaction.

Clear big signage for different areas and the staff knew everything I needed to know and we very friendly, no hesitation giving 5 stars.

All the workers are so polite and helpful. I've being go there for the past several years and know most of them by there name. Your company should be proud to have some the best workers working at one store Maria Linda Gavin mageret Matt and Emma are some of my favourite.

Thank you to Emma for helping me find a bottle of red wine similar to the discontinued Brown Brothers Shiraz. It was absolutely enjoyable.

Beside having a great selection liquor available, the Dan Murphy's staff members have fantastic customer service. They were very friendly and helpful. A big thank you to the duty manager for your help too.

Well laid out store and easy to select from the wide range of options. Convenient location with lots of parking.

Despite the fact some Dan Murphys are like the stock market e.g. Same bottle of scotch one week is $35, next week its $48.this Uncle Dan's is remarkably consistent in pricing week to week.recommend. Good Selection of wines too. Go for any from 2019.

Good selection competitive prices. I particularly like purchasing online and having it ready to pick-up at my convenience. The option to chill my purchase is an added bonus.

Had an issue and Manager was unprofessional. Staff tried to help, Male Manager treated female staff member terrible. Won’t shop there again

They don't stock many cool craft beers from smaller Australian breweries, compared to Ascot Vale. Pretty disappointing range.

Don't bother authorising someone else to pickup an online order for you, I called to authorise someone to pickup my order today. Not impressed, they wouldn't give my order out and I was in the shower at the time when my friend called me to try and fix the problem. If your unable to make these arrangements when I first called to make a change, you clearly need to structure your business to be able to do so.

Went in specifically for a buy one get one free member deal. Unfortunately there was only one bottle left. A lovely staff member assisted me, offered me personalised advice on a comparable wine (she'd tried the wine she suggested), and offered a discount to get it closer to what I had been expecting to pay as per the deal. Really great service. Thanks so much

Because it's very important to have a good store that has been locally made for the best of responsible people in pleasure drinking.

Great variety of wine, whiskey, beer, vodka, gin and much more. Awesome place for drink lovers. Great place for wine lovers. You can find great variety in whiskey, vodka, rum, gin and more. Their wine on display is quite impressive. I could find almost all the type of wines I was looking for. I loved the range of whiskey. And the staff at Dan Murphy were so sweet and helpful. I would definitely visit this place again.

The Watergardens store is packed to capacity with stock, but never in that untidy type of way. The staff were kind enough to not only point me in the direction of Sweet Wines, but even offered advice on which was a better purchase (based on sales I would imagine).

Will return in the future.
