Dan Murphy's Warrnambool

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. From not finding our online order, which we then found on a trolley, to being belittled by someone with extremely bad customer service. I get that you've worked all day. Guess what, so had we. Don't bring your personal issues to work. We will definitely shop elsewhere and encourage others alike.

Lady with red hair was very rude and aggressive. Should not be working in a public environment.

Didnt know which Goat beer to buy, the nice lad there gave me a taste of the hazy pale goat. Made my day and the choice very easy. Goodbye liqourland, Im a fan of dan murphys now!

This store has a wide variety of Alcohol for you to chose from. Was sent to find a product by a friend and couldn't find but when I asked an employee he did not hesitate to find it for me.

Having a 'Dan Murphy's ' membership definitely has its benefits when buying alcohol, especially when or if you shop around for a particular product and you can usually get a bigger bottle 1Lt for only a fraction more than compared to other retailers who charge a bit more or the same price for a 700ml bottle.

Get a membership card because the savings can be quite substantial. Very big liquor store as most Dan Murphys are. Plenty of range. The checkouts have been manned each time I've been and the staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Dan Murphy's in Warrnambool has a great selection available & the prices are excellent For greater value it's worth getting a membership app All the staff are friendly & have exceptional knowledge!

Could move to Warrnambool for the pleasure of dealing with the staff at this store. Not to mention the fine array of wines etc.

Dan Murphy's have a very extensive range of wines, spirits and beers, and the staff at warrnambool easy store are so knowledgeable and helpful it is always a good place to guy for awesome products and service

It's a Beer Bunnings, what more need to be said? Rarely a wait at the till, huge range and easy parking for near any size vehicle

I must say it's the biggest Dan Murphy's I've been to with the largest range of products from all over the world. The staff were very attentive and very helpful.

This place was unfair to one of my friends refused them alcohol because they where having a joke with each other saying they had to much to drink

Dan Murphy's Warrnambool is an amazing place. You walk in for one thing and always walk out with way more. Staff are always friendly, too!

Great Store. Friendly staff and plenty of parking. Its funny though. Because I don't drink. They have a range of non-alcoholic drinks. Win Win.

Horrific instore experience which left me crying in the car park of their store; I've never met such a condescending store clerk. I would recommend going somewhere else.

Don't use Click and Collect - ordered on-line before opening hours hoping to collect before 10 am. Nothing heard by midday. Contacted the call centre and took about ten minutes to work out no-one had bothered to call me from the local store to let me know they did not have current stock for one of the items I had paid for. What a yank around. Will go in person from now on. Click and Collect not a time saver - actually a time waster.

Fast easy service. People are friendly even when it's clearly busy leading up to grand final day - perfect.

I can't believe the semi trailer loads of alcohol that come into this place.how much do people drink in Warrnambool! Lmao. Seriously, this is a good store, with some good staff as well. Cheers.
